First Jewish Escape Room In The World | The Story Of A Debt Counselor In Manhattan | RUS/ENG subs
Do not press here ????
In this episode, Henry talks to Gamliel about why and how he started the first stationary Jewish Escape Room in the Western Hemisphere. Born in Moldova, Gamliel moved to Brooklyn, New York at 17. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in data science from Columbia University, he worked in many places around the world including Germany and Israel. He moved back to Brooklyn with his wife and they now have five children.
Gamliel talks about his biggest challenges in the escape room games industry, from attracting non-Jewish customers, to marketing using social media and his website, to finding the right times to be open. He also discusses being Jewish in the United States compared to Europe and the rising costs of being a student in the United States.
Henry also meets a new friend, Ruben, who works for the National Debt Relief Organization on Wall Street. While riding on the subway to Ruben’s office on Wall Street, Henry asks Ruben about what steps it takes to help people become debt free. Ruben tells the story of one of his clients, a veteran, who was struggling with large debts. Ruben was able to put him on a plan and had him out of debt in four years. Ruben also talks about the challenges of working in the “Land of Sharks” a.k.a. Wall Street from long working hours, to taking courses that can help you create specialized skills to be more successful. Ruben also talks about his Armenian culture and where to find the best night life in New York.

⁴ᴷ⁶⁰ Walking NYC (Narrated) : Canal Street, Manhattan in its Entirety from Chinatown to Hudson River
Google Maps Route:
In this video, I walk Manhattan's Canal Street in its Entirety from Chinatown to the Hudson River. I begin my walk by exiting the East Broadway subway station on the F line.
From Wikipedia:
Canal Street is a major east–west street in Lower Manhattan, New York City, running from East Broadway between Essex and Jefferson Streets in the east, to West Street between Watts and Spring Streets in the west. It runs through the neighborhood of Chinatown, and forms the southern boundaries of SoHo and Little Italy as well as the northern boundary of Tribeca. The street acts as a major connector between Jersey City, New Jersey, via the Holland Tunnel (I-78), and Brooklyn, New York City, via the Manhattan Bridge. It is a two-way street for most of its length – from West Street to the Manhattan Bridge – with two unidirectional stretches between Forsyth Street and the Manhattan Bridge.

Credit Bureau|Different Credit Scores|Credit Score|North Tonawanda New York

Installment credit is used for a specific purpose, for a defined amount and for a specific period. Payments are usually the same amount each month. Examples of purchases made on installment credit include large appliances, automobiles and furniture. These kinds of loans usually offer lower interest rates than revolving credit. For example, a car company holds a lien on the car until the car loan is repaid. The total amount of the principal and interest is repaid within a predefined period. If the customer defaults on the loan payments, the company can repossess the car and charge penalties. Better Qualified has developed a proven credit management program that will help you manage your credit and save money. List of all video credits is located here Almost all Americans come across the problem of bad credit score. Steve, the author of the video, gives several useful suggestions to resolve this problem. First of all, one should look at the turning factors when it comes to scoring his credit. Payment history is the most important one. 35% of FICO score is based on payment history, so if you pay on time, your score will never be dropped on hundred points. Next, one should pay attention on the Amounts Owed, which takes 30% of FICO score. The rule №1 – don't keep 'max out credit cards'. If it happens, try to pay these accounts down. If you pay your accounts down to 20% or lower, then you will see a quick bust in your credit score within the next month. The length of the credit history is also important. The author suggests to think twice before closing your old accounts. Your old accounts are usually the most valuable ones. North Tonawanda is a city in Niagara County, New York, United States. The population was 31,568 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Buffalo–Niagara Falls Metropolitan Statistical Area. The city is named after Tonawanda Creek, its south border. Tonawanda in the Seneca tongue means Swift Running Water. The public schools of North Tonawanda are the North Tonawanda High School, North Tonawanda Middle School, Drake Elementary School, Meadow Elementary School, Spruce Elementary School, and Ohio Elementary School. Finance and Insurance industry includes: Establishments that are primarily engaged in financial intermediation. They raise funds by taking deposits and/or issuing securities, and, in the process, incur liabilities, which they use to acquire financial assets by making loans and/or purchasing securities. Putting themselves at risk, they channel funds from lenders to borrowers and transform or repackage the funds with respect to maturity, scale and risk. Establishments that are primarily engaged in the pooling of risk by underwriting annuities and insurance. They collect fees (insurance premiums or annuity considerations), build up reserves, invest those reserves and make contractual payments. Fees are based on the expected incidence of the insured risk and the expected return on investment. Paul J. Oster is the CEO of Better Qualified, LLC, a limited liability company that specializes in business and consumer credit services. The company offers businesses and consumers solutions that include, but are not limited to, establishing lines of credit (personal/non-personal guarantees), analysis and consulting on business and consumer credit reports, establishing business credit scores, credit card approval processes, and identity theft protection.
