For people who are exposed to daily stress or for patients with some chronic diseases, the bath can be very beneficial. I don't think that a beer bath can do any harm. The temperature is about 34 degrees Celsius (93 degrees Fahrenheit), so there is no risk to patients, however CO2 (carbon dioxide) in the bath increases blood circulation and consequently lowers blood pressure. It's therefore vital to stay calm after the bath.

LEAD IN :
People in the Czech Republic are well known for their love of beer, and the drink is considered a national symbol.
Now Czechs can even bathe in a bath filled to the brim with their favourite drink, thanks to a spa at a brewery in Chodova Plana in the Tachov region.
STORYLINE:
Residents of Chodova Plana have believed in the health-giving properties of the local beer and spring water for centuries.
The brewery, which dates from 1573, is celebrating the first anniversary of its beer spa which opened in March last year.
Since then it has welcomed more than 4-thousand people.
The converted cellars at the Chodovar brewery's hotel called include seven huge Victorian style baths.
Yeast is added to 20 litres of mineral spring water followed by a mixture of dried crushed herbs and hops.
Finally, freshly brewed dark beer is added to the mix.
Lenka Kocianova, a therapist at the beer spa, says the bath contains vitamins, proteins and saccharine that support the renewal of skin cells.
The yeast used in beer is a rich source of nutrients including magnesium, potassium and B vitamins.
Rehabilitation and physiotherapy specialist from the Marianske Lazny Physiotherapy Centre, Dr Vokaty says that a beer spa can be beneficial to people who are stressed as it will help them relax.
However he says it may induce low blood pressure, resulting in the brain being deprived of oxygen which can lead to dizziness and lightheadness, so he recommends they take it easy just after a spa.
Perhaps surprisingly, many of the beer spa's clients are women.
During the soak, clients can enjoy a glass of Chodovar 's famous beer.
Jana Jamrichova says its her third visit to the spa and she feels better each time.
While accountant Jirina Plavkova says she finds the beer spa a great stress reliever.

Nejdrsnější úniková hra v ČR - ÚTĚK ZE ŽALÁŘE od The Chamber

Cold War surveillance bunker opens as a museum
A new museum far below the city streets of Prague has shone a light on the once secret surveillance activities of the Czech government.
The museum is situated in a 500 square metre (5,400 square feet) underground bunker below the Jalta Hotel in the Czech Republic's capital.
It includes an original underground escape tunnel, and a room full of surveillance equipment as well as displays showcasing Cold War memorabilia.
The bunker was built with steel reinforced concrete walls two metres (6.5 feet) thick in order to provide Communist Party members and Warsaw Pact military officials a shelter in the case of a nuclear attack.
When not used as a shelter, the bunker provided a base for communist intelligence services to spy on guests in the hotel above. Guests at the hotel included foreign officials, diplomats and journalists.
Secret police colour coded the rooms based on the importance of the guest. Highly valued intelligence targets were labelled red, while low valued targets were labelled green.
The most unique thing is that this was actually here and that they were eavesdropping on all of the hotel rooms, said Sandra Zoukalova, marketing manager for the Jalta Hotel.
Not many people knew about it, and as people are learning out about this it surprises them, she added.
The bunker was kept a secret for years until the military released the space to the hotel in 1998.
It had sat unused until last month, when the hotel opened it as a museum.

LYRICS:
Shepherds of dreams are falling down below
Cracked inside lying on the bottom of the tomb
Like a king on the throne. Rule the world
Are we alone in this though? Pass or...
Let me feel, let me lead
Trying to hear your heartbeat
I will live, what I found
Until it will blow my mind
In this game we wont find what is gone
Noone will escape from this eye of the storm
Reminding all the mistakes
Still don’t know why
Dreams divided us apart
I’ll regret
Let me feel, let me lead
Trying to hear your heartbeat
I will live, what I found
Until it will blow my mind
Such a taste of the ire
Temptation and the fear
Tired of being there
As we went, we don’t care
Again trying to breathe
Failing in my duty
That’s the reason for me
That’s what keeping me here
Let me feel, let me lead
Trying to hear your heartbeat
I will live, what I found
Until it will blow my mind
Such a taste of the ire
Temptation and the fear
Tired of being there
As we went, we don’t care

SUMMARY
=======
Beer is one of the oldest and most widely consumed alcoholic drinks in the world, and the third most popular drink overall after water and tea. Beer is brewed from cereal grains—most commonly from malted barley, though wheat, maize (corn), and rice are also used. During the brewing process, fermentation of the starch sugars in the wort produces ethanol and carbonation in the resulting beer. Most modern beer is brewed with hops, which add bitterness and other flavours and act as a natural preservative and stabilizing agent. Other flavouring agents such as gruit, herbs, or fruits may be included or used instead of hops. In commercial brewing, the natural carbonation effect is often removed during processing and replaced with forced carbonation. Some of humanity's earliest known writings refer to the production and distribution of beer: the Code of Hammurabi included laws regulating beer and beer parlours, and The Hymn to Ninkasi, a prayer to the Mesopotamian goddess of beer, served as both a prayer and as a method of remembering the recipe for beer in a culture with few literate people.Beer is distributed in bottles and cans and is also commonly available on draught, particularly in pubs and bars. The brewing industry is a global business, consisting of several dominant multinational companies and many thousands of smaller producers ranging from brewpubs to regional breweries. The strength of modern beer is usually around 4% to 6% alcohol by volume (ABV), although it may vary between 0.5% and 20%, with some breweries creating examples of 40% ABV and above.Beer forms part of the culture of many nations and is associated with social traditions such as beer festivals, as well as a rich pub culture involving activities like pub crawling and pub games.
