ROADTRIP JALAN KUTA,LEGIAN,SEMINYAK, PETITENGET
ROADTRIP SUASANA JALAN KUTA LEGIAN SEMINYAK PETITENGET BALI.
LEGIAN
Legian Road or Jalan Legian is the main street that runs north-south from Kuta to Seminyak on the island of Bali in Indonesia. Legian Road contains a variety of shops, bars, hotels and dance clubs. Its proximity to the beach and its prominent nightlife make it host to thousands of tourists. This street that connects Seminyak with Kuta isn't just a venue for pulsating nightlife. It's also an excellent spot for some retail therapy, with its collection of jewelry and clothing shops.
KUTA
Kuta is a beach and resort area in the south of the island of Bali, Indonesia. One of Bali's first tourist developments, it's best known for its party-centric atmosphere and surfing in the Indian Ocean. Kuta's long, consistent waves make it a popular surf spot, particularly for beginners, with plenty of outfitters offering board rentals and surf lessons.
SEMINYAK
Seminyak is Bali’s most sophisticated and upscale beach resort area, where the top draws are its beautiful beaches and chilled-out vibes. Compared to the likes of Ubud, there’s not a huge number of things to see and do here, but there are some fun, family-friendly attractions to enjoy.
Despite humble beginnings, Seminyak is now a very modern part of Bali. Even so, among the glitz and glamour of the boutique shopping streets and fine-dining restaurants are some traditional touches like Petitenget Temple. If you’re looking for something to do between sunbathing sessions on some of Bali’s most beautiful beaches, you’ll find a good selection of distractions here.
Seminyak is part of the main west coast conurbation in South Bali and it can get very congested with traffic. There are two main routes in. From Kuta and Legian, Jalan Legian runs parallel with the beach and at its western limit, becomes Jalan Seminyak. If at all possible try to avoid this road though, and take instead the eastern bypass called Jalan Sunset. This is almost invariably the quicker route from Kuta and Legian into Seminyak, although it is actually further in distance.
PETITENGET
Petitenget is a chic cosmopolitan district blending in with neighbouring Seminyak seamlessly. The two neighbourhoods are very much alike, with streets lined with amazing restaurants, trendy coffee shops, blissful spas and edgy boutiques. Petitenget is home to some of the most popular beach clubs in Bali and the beach offers fabulous views during sunset.
Petitenget exudes a chic, sophisticated ambiance with a colourful Balinese twist. The line between Petitenget and Seminyak is hazy and it’s hard to say where one area ends and the other one begins. Petitenget centres around the winding main street of Jalan Petitenget, which snakes past endless restaurants, cafes and spas before leading down to Petitenget Temple and the beach of the same name. This popular area is home to some of the most celebrated restaurants and most iconic beach clubs in Bali and as a result, it has grown into one of the most sought-after locations on the island.
Offering easy beach access, endless restaurants, pampering spa treatments and world-class entertainment, it’s little wonder Petitenget has emerged as one of the most popular areas in Bali. Bustling Petitenget attracts travelers from all walks of life, though the scene tends to be more sophisticated than down south in Legian and Kuta.

This video takes you on a journey through the island and gives you a glimpse of the beauty that you will find far away from Kuta, Legian, Seminyak and Canggu. This video is Part I. BALI CHANNEL TOURIST TV - SEA LADY BOAT PT LUGA INDONESIA
Czech expedition diver´s boat operates since 2008 mainly on the fantastic Komodo Islands and between Flores (Labuhan Bajo) and Sumbawa (Bima), where you will, apart from diving with sharks, manta rays, jacks, tuna fish or turtles, experience treks with the aim to find Komodo Dragons, the largest land-living carnivorous reptiles in the world.
We prepared for you unusual routes, which are not used by tourists. There will be a chance for discovering virgin dives for experienced divers. You will meet the native people of the Bajo tribe. You can also do some fishing here, ride on water skis or wakeboard and mainly draw some energy from the beautiful sea and the amazing and unique island landscape.
The Sea Lady also sails with an additional mission, which is to spread some education among the native fishermen regarding the threat of hunting with dynamite and cyanide. This activity is supported by Sony Czech s.r.o. and UWH s.r.o., which stand at the birth of a remarkable photo competition THE SEA LADY UW PHOTO COMPETITION, whose medial partner is the OCEAN magazine.

Best Bali Tours: North South East West and Ubud Bali
The best Bali Tours shares the top tourist attractions and best areas to visit in North Bali, South Bali, East Bali, West Bali as well as central Ubud, Gianyar and Kintamani (full itinerary below). In total this quick list of Best Bali Tours took us 3 weeks, although there was a fair bit of relaxation between, and the same Bali tour could probably be covered in 2 weeks if hurried. Anyway, below is the full route of our Ultimate Tour of Bali starting from Ngurah Rai International Airport (near Denpasar) and travelling north to start in Ubud the cultural capital of Bali.
1. Ubud (Central Bali): Ubud Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, Kecak Fire & Trance Dance (Pura Dalem Taman Kaja),
2. Gianyar Valleys (Ubud): HOSHINOYA Bali Resort
3. Day Tour 1: Tegenungan Waterfall, 2. Goa Gajah: Elephant Cave, 3. Uma Pakel Agrotourism: Kopi Luwak (civet cat crap coffee) and Giant Swing, 4. Tegalalang Rice Terrace, 5. Pura Tirta Empul Temple).
4. Day Tour 2: Ulun Danu Beratan, 2. Pura Ulun Danu Batur Temple, 3. Mount Batur View Point, 4. Besakih Temple).
5. Amed (East Bali): Local fishing scenes on Amed Beach and views of Mount Agung
6. Northern Bali Attractions: Various Rice fields/terraces, Gates to Heaven (Pura Penataran Agung Lempuyang), Tirta Gangga Water Palace, Twin Lakes (Buyan Lake and Tambingan Lake), Ulun Danu Tamblingan Temple.
7. Lovina (North Bali): Lovina Dolphin Tour and local beach life.
8. North West Bali: Menjangan Dynasty Glamping Resort, Sumberkima Hill Resort, Sumberkima Bay tour with fish farms and Gili Putih Island, and sunset on Pemuteran Beach
9. Journey to South Bali: Jatiluwih Rice Terraces, Taman Ayun Temple, Seminyak
10. Nusa Lembongan: 1 Night at Mahagiri Resort
11. Nusa Penida: Crystal Beach, Broken Beach, Angel Billabong, T-Rex Bay (Kelingking Beach), Rumah Pohon Tree House, Diamond Beach, Atuh Beach.
12. Sanur: Kayumanis Sanur Private Villa & Spa
There are a couple of obvious omissions when it comes to tourist attractions in Bali, such as Tanah Lot, as well as the major beach resorts of southern Bali. However we have covered these destinations before as tourists (and have doubled/tripled up on some tourist attractions by now) and just prefer to avoid them because they are ridiculously touristy these days. Otherwise we aim to share the lesser-known attractions of Bali and the more off-the-beaten-track routes and tours in Bali.

Exploring North Bali: 5 Great Routes to North Bali, Part 1
This is the first video in my new channel: The Peripatetic Anthropologist. If it looks the same as the video from my original channel that's because it is. I've created this channel specifically for videos related to anthropology. In other words, no home videos here. So, what is this video?
This is the first of a series of videos about Bali, my home for the past 30 years. Today, I'm talking about the five main ways to get from the airport up to the north of the island, i.e, Buleleng Regency. I cover three of the five main routes in this video: 1) up along the west coast (not highly recommended for safety reasons; 2) up through the village of Pupuan and into the town of Seririt ; and 3) up past Ubud and Tegallalang and through Kintamani and then down to Kubutambahan.
I discuss some of the high points of each of these three routes. So, this is not really the traditional travel vlog with gorgeous (or not so gorgeous) video production. This video is mostly a collection of photos taken along each of these routes with some anthropological information thrown in.
What will this new channel include? Videos on Bali, Indonesia, Sumbawa, Papua, Papua New Guinea and a series of weekly news reports from the area. Eventually I plan on adding videos on South Korea, China, Pakistan and quite possibly Japan.
