Beyond sailing - Sightseeing & Shopping in Palma de Mallorca
Palma de Mallorca offers a lot of variety for sailing crews: If you spend your holidays sailing through the Balearics and if you are close to Mallorca you should definitely go ashore at this Mediterranean port.
The bay of Palma de Mallorca - The most beautiful anchorages
Our desire is to show you the most beautiful anchorages in the bay of Palma de Mallorca: Our little adventure will start in the east of Palma de Mallorca where we will see three bays. Our first travel leads us to Cap Roig and nearby the beach club Mhares. The restaurant Panoramica Playa in the Cala Blava with a buoy field in front is our second destination, and last but not least we will show you Son Veri Nou, too. In the west of Palma we will visit Illetas/ Bendinaat at first, which is situated below the Residencia Anchorage. Afterwards we will make a trip to the Mood Beach Club in Portal Nous and finally we will drive to Portal Vells where you can gaze at a double bay with two beaches, restaurants and the Caves of Mother of God.

Segeln vor Palma de Mallorca - Selgelrevier Mallorca, Balearen? Sailing in Majorca Spain
Majorca (Mallorca in Spanish and Catalan, interchangeable in English, Catalan pronunciation: [məˈʎɔɾkə], Spanish pronunciation: [maˈʎoɾka]) is an island located in the Mediterranean Sea, one of the Balearic Islands. It is largest by area and second most populated island of Spain (after Tenerife in the Canary Islands). The capital of the island, Palma, is also the capital of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands. The Cabrera archipelago is administratively grouped with Majorca (in the municipality of Palma). The anthem of Majorca is La Balanguera.
(Wikipedia)
