NORTH SIKKIM | LACHEN | BUDGET ROAD TRIP TO NORTH EAST FROM GANGTOK APRIL 2017
.
Hello everyone today's video is about Road trip to North Sikkim and how do we reach North Sikkim.
.
North Sikkim is remote, and that too visiting Lachen is not quite common among tourists.Main reason is it takes a long road trip to reach there and the journey is not comfortable either.
This video is about our 10 hours journey on a budget road trip to North Sikkim, and on day1 we traveled from Gangtok to Lachen. The most beautiful part is the view on the way. Beautiful blue mountain ranges, with some snow peaks doing peek a boo and on the other side green water of the river. It's a serene experience if the weather is on your side else its going to suck big time.

A film by - Deepak Singh
College days are the best time for you to travel.
Travelling to different parts of the our country seeing new things & meeting new people can go a long way in shaping you as a person.
Ease of access, picturesque mountains, awesome friends adds a space as with journey we memories not things.
This video is about my recent college trip to Sikkim. It was a week long trip and I had covered Gangtok & Darjeeling. I will be covering all places in 3 parts. This is the part 1 of the series.
Absorbing the pure vibes from Buddha Temple, Hanuman Temple and other Tibitian Temples and capturing the serene picturesque beauty of the Kanchenjunga hills, Gangtok view point and local market our first day ended.
Day 2 was even more enriching...from the morning sunrise to view from the hotel window every thing just seemed perfect. Tsomgo lake to the snow covered hills everything seemed just gods personal favorite creation. We are still carrying essence of the Baba Mandir in us.

SIKKIM | THINGS T0 DO IN GANGTOK. Vlog #1
Hey guys!
This is my first episode from the Sikkim vlog. First in the series is a trip to Gangtok. I have tried to cover the local sight seeing spots like Tashi View Point, Ganeshtok, Monastery and the MG Marg along with a few off beat places.
1. Bakthang Waterfalls- About 7-8kms from Gangtok and a must visit spot for pictures.
2. Gonjang Monastery- A peaceful and serene delight for the soul. They have a very clean cafe serving awesome pakoras and coffee.
3. Tashi Viewpoint- A superb spot for getting the view of Mt Kanchenjunga, on a clear day.
A local cab would charge you around INR 1000-2000 for 10 spots ( depending on the season)
You can get these cabs from Vajra Stand or sometimes from the roadside stops.
There is no OLA or UBER service available here.
My stay was at The House of Meesu, a beautiful Appartment in a perfect location. You can find them on airbnb or contact the owner at +91-8050559653
The people are very warm and welcoming here in Sikkim. I loved the overall vibe of the place and would love to visit again.
