China AP Market Shanghai
An in Depth look at the AP Shanghai Market. This shows interactions with the workers and the bartering that can go down here. Bags and watches were mostly left out as we were asked not to film these. This video will give you a good idea of what to expect when coming to this market. In all honesty, this market was one of the best in China. The bartering monsters come out....
Prices: you may or may not get the same as us
underarmour t shirts 40-50 RMB
underarmour long sleeve 60 RMB
Adidas ultra boost 180RMB
Adidas boost 150RMB
most shoes should be around 150-200RMB
regular t shirts 30-50 RMB
mens sweat pants 100RMB
superdry jacket 200 RMB
Canada goose jacket womens long 350 RMB
some tea 35 RMB
Bose Bluetooth headphones 80-100RMB
Apple watch 100RMB
Supreme hat 50-80RMB
Stussy beanie 30-50 RMB
Sunglasses 50 RMB
that's all I can remember for now.
If you are not getting the price you want, then there is another store with the exact same stuff around the corner. Also leaving and coming back works as well. Good luck and I would say that everyone has a different style to bartering. I would typically pay a couple dollars more than my friend as he was able to stick to his original pricing. I would cave in and pay the extra couple bucks. All in all, I'm home now and wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
Shanghai's Largest and Most Oppulant Shopping Mall: Global Harbor
This is the Global Harbor mall in the Putuo district of Shanghai just after it first opened. It is the largest mall in Shanghai, covering 480,000 square meters, and It is part of a growing trend of opulent, luxury malls that are appearing all around China. It is full of western stores like Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Starbucks, H&A, and Gucci. Apparently, it was designed to look like a ship, but except for the paintings of such I didn't get that impression.

Shanghai International Harbour Terminal -- Shanghai, China
Located in the Shanghai Hongkou district, the Shanghai International Harbour Terminal covers an area of 550,000 square meters which stretches about 800 meters along the Huangpu river waterfront near the Bund. The entire premise provides offices, conference areas, hotel rooms, service apartments and yacht facilities. Traditional Chinese clay and modern GRP are used as the two main surface facade materials. The East meets West design concept captures the traditional characteristics of Shanghai Bund while echoing the modern style of surrounding buildings. Dynamic lighting is used to present this concept via combination of urban music and architecture. 220 sets of customized Traxon String RGB in 16PXL and 24PXL are constructed for flowing lighting effects to simulate playing piano keys on the building façade B13. 11 e:cue Video Micro Controllers are used to achieve the video-to-light media façade application with specific theme updates. The use of 85 compact e:cue Butlers, 41 Moxa ioLogic E1212 and Lighting Application Suite enable complex lighting scenarios to be easily programmed and remote controlled. A set of 6 e:cue Glass Touch T12 and 6 Butler XT are installed in each building to allow independent lighting effects as well as central lighting control of all five buildings. The Shanghai International Harbour Terminal plays an integral key role in the city's urban growth strategies and will grow into the shipping and transportation hub of Asia in the near future.

China Shopping Fake bags are fake bargains: Why you should avoid Chinese knock-offs
Backpack I use when traveling
There's a discount shopping mall China known to locals as the fake mall. No beating about the bush for the pragmatic Chinese. This is the place to go for (illegal) knock-offs of luxury brands.
Of course, most Chinese wouldn't be seen dead in any of it. They buy only the real thing, even if it costs them six months' salary. Or they fly to Tokyo, Sydney and Taipei to snap up their luxury goods duty free.
The fake mall is for international tourists, who get a kick out of parting with as little as $10 for the current favourite knock-off, a faux Issey Miyake Bao Bao shoulder bag worth, if it were real, about $1200.
It's a desultory place, with three floors of dismal stores and some very unhappy-looking sellers. They sell stuff that wasn't worth copying in the first place, such as Ralph Lauren Polo logo polo shirts and golf caps in Burberry plaid.
Don't start bargaining or even look interested or you'll be chased around the hallways by an angry vendor who will not be rejected. That's the first rule of bargain shopping in China – do not begin the process of bargaining if you don't want the item. They'll keep dropping the price with the understanding that you will finally accept it and do the deal.
If you don't, all hell may break loose. Fear for your life in if you changed my mind and walk away from a vendor, even though given me a ridiculously low price. You have wasted time and they will be furious, possibly rightly so.
I visited the Chinese fake mall with two friends who go there regularly to get new reading glasses made up. The second floor is home to about a dozen spectacle shops, selling everything from $5 sunglasses to more expensive frames that might have walked straight out of the luxury goods factory door. But even a pair of possibly real French designer frames cost a fraction of their boutique value there.
The salespeople copy the prescription lenses in a machine and have them ready a day later with new frames. My friends bought multiple glasses in good frames, for about $50-60 each.
How Shanghai Captured My Heart
Finally, this Australian-born HongKong-bred Chinese girl got to travel around China a bit!
Be mesmerized by Shanghai's beauty with me, or get ready to drool over some of China's most famous foods. If you're down, walk on some glass floor 468 meters high with moi!
Loved this city's energy and I can't wait to be back and reunite with the people I met on this trip x

Shanghai Vlog: Massive Shopping Mall!

April 19, 2014
The rain gave us an excuse to spend the day indoors, so we headed to a shopping mall called Global Harbor. We were specifically looking for badminton rackets, so when a friend recommended we go to GH, we thought it was some sort of wholesale sports equipment shop. Imagine our surprise when we found that it's actually Shanghai's largest shopping mall (and it's only half completed as of April 2014!)l! It's six floors of shopping goodness, including Tesco, H&M, Marks & Spencer, Sephora, Gap, etc. This is also where you can find most Korean makeup brands (Banila Co., Missha, Etude House, Innisfree, Tony Moly, and Skinfood). It has a nice food court called Food Republic on B2, a movie theater on Floor 4, and an amazing kids activity center on the B1 level!
Take subway lines 3, 11, or 13 to the JinShaJiang Station, and you won't even have to go outside to access Global Harbor. Happy shopping!
Customer Project: Free-Form Glass Structure at Xujiahui Commercial Center in Shanghai, China
A remarkable free‑form roof structure was built at the Xujiahui Commercial Center in Shanghai, China, and inaugurated in June 2017. It serves as a skylight in the indoor area of the shopping center, and as a canopy in the outdoor area.
Novum Structures LLC, a customer of Dlubal Software, was responsible for the structural design and final planning as well as for the fabrication and assembly of the entire structure. For the structural analysis and design according to Chinese standard, engineers from Novum Structures used the programs RSTAB and STEEL GB.
The total area of the roof is approximately 1,200 m². Clad tree columns support Novum's Free Form System, which consists of rectangular hollow steel tubes and nodal steel disc connectors. For the columns, rectangular hollow sections or round tubes have been used. The roof cladding consists of triangular units of insulated glass (indoor area) and laminated glass (outdoor area). Perforated aluminum panels on the outside reduce the sunshine reflection.

Shanghai China, November 2016
My trip to Shanghai, loved this city! The skyline at night is really impressive and the Oriental Pearl Tower. Bit scary walking across the glass floor but loved every minute in this vibrant city. The Bund is a great area along the river with very European influences in terms of the buildings and architecture.

ORIENTAL PEARL TOWER in SHANGHAI, CHINA. Complete coverage, Day and Night.
This video is part of our One Week Fantastic Holiday in Shanghai, Cina, in July-August 2019. This part covers our visit to Oriental Pearl Tower in Pudong District. It was too many visitors in this summer holiday. It need about 2 hours to spend only for queue to get in the elevator. But the view from Space Capsule (the top observatory) was amazing. We were lucky, the weather is very good, so the view was very clear. We also enjoyed the night view of Shanghai City since we left the tower around 8 pm. This is the last day of our holiday in Shanghai; from Oriental Pearl Tower - we straight go to Pudong International Airport to flight back to Indonesia.

SHANGHAI FAKE MARKETS - SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY - CHINA ARIL 2017
Shanghai Fake Markets @ Science and Technology on Subway Line 2.
Inside of the metro stop is where the fake markets are located. They're are tons of stores, its easy to forget where you started and if you had been where you are already. Most stores will tell you a very ridiculous price at first you just have to tell them to make it what you would like to pay and maybe walk away and they will defiantly being it down. If you know any Chinese speak in Chinese and they won't tell you a crazy price because they think that you might live in china and you know better. They are a lot of stores with the same stuff, so before you buy something check it out in multiple stores so you know your getting the best one and the best price. They have some really cool stuff here, especially if you take your time a look through all the little stores you'll find some really cool stuff not just fake clothes or shoes. THANKS FOR WATCHING
WATCH THIS:
Tips
1. Walk away if they won't bring down price and they will bring it lower immediately.
2. Tell them you'll look in another store, they will also bring it down immediately.
3. Don't let them tell you anything is real, it's all fake.
4. Look in multiple stores before you pick something they're are hundreds of stores selling the same things.
