JAPAN'S MOST BEAUTIFUL GARDEN|Day 75 - Shimane
The Adachi Museum of Art (足立美術館, Adachi Bijutsukan) was founded by Adachi Zenko in 1980 as a way of combining his passions for Japanese art and garden design. He hoped that viewing the gardens and artwork together would expand peoples' appreciation and interest in Japanese art.The Adachi Museum of Art is best known for its award winning garden. It has been named the best garden in Japan annually since 2003 by the Journal of Japanese Gardening. The garden can be enjoyed at anytime of the year and shows a different character depending on the season. It can only be viewed from the museum building.

The Temple of Good Fortune and Happiness: Manpuku-ji!
Manpuku-ji Temple was established by the Chinese Zen priest Ingen during the beginning of Edo Period. The temple retains its original appearance as when established. Since this is the main temple of the Obaku Sect, which was started by the famous Chinese priest, the precincts are designed in the Chinese style. Beyond the main temple gate are Chinese-style buildings, so that it seems to the visitor that he or she is in China. Also at Manpuku-ji Temple the visitor can enjoy Fucha-ryori (Buddhist vegetarian cuisine) and practice zazen and hand - copying of a sutra. Obaku is one of the three great Zen sects of Japan.

Maki Odo - Oita - 真木大堂 - 4K Ultra HD
Located in Kinsusaki peninsula, Maki Odo used to be the largest Makisan-Denjoji temple of the Tendai sect in the area. It's said that it was a lecture place where Buddhist priests practiced asceticism and do training in. On the temple grounds, you will find the Ex-Hondo or main hall, built during the Edo period, as well as the Shuzo-Ko or Treasure Repository built in 1966.
In the Shuzo-ko, you will find some of the most amazing Buddha statues in the whole region. The Fudo statue is surrounded by two servants (Nidoji), as well as the Daiitoku Myoo seating on a white buffalo and finally, the centerpiece, the Amida Nyorai surrounded by four Devas or Shitenno.

Lovers Shrine - Japan
Below copy and pasted from wiki -
With a history of over 1,100 years, Ohatsu-Tenjin is the protector of the Sonezaki and Umeda areas. It is also the site of a double suicide in 1703 that was later retold in Sonezaki Shinju, a famous Bunraku puppet play written by Monzaemon Chikamatsu. The story of pure and passionate love was written so skillfully that it brought Chikamatsu instant fame. A memorial tower was erected by volunteers marking the site of Sonezaki Shinju, which is visited by many couples. A flea market is held on the first Friday of every month which attracts many visitors.
