A simple Historical Walkthrough Tour of Tomlinson Run State Park's 'Mineral Springs' Picnic Area. Attempting to shine some light on its somewhat forgotten history.
Topics include: Mineral Springs Mineral Water Company & associated Wellness Spa. The Silverthorn Saw mill & Dam & The Resort ran by the Pease family.
As a 'Self Proclaimed Historian' this is a compilation of 'What I Think I Know. I'm certain none of this is the last word by any means.
Initially, much of this information was gathered from the former website gristmills.tripod.com , which, has long been gone. A copy can forever be found at Archive.org.
The webmaster there was Craig Heaton and I must give him full credit for inspiring me & others to follow in the footsteps he so clearly left for us. His vigorous efforts will long be appreciated. Thank You.

Saratoga Hot Springs & Water Conservation
On this Airstream Life vLog, we chat a bit about water conservation while dry camping. We don't have access to a shower facility here in Saratoga (unlike having the Planey FItness in Laramie) so we're taking showers in the Airstream. We know we only have a couple of more days without water/dump so it should be fine. We also talk about conserving water while washing dishes.
Then we head to what Saratoga is known for, the Hobo Hot Springs! These are free hot springs open 24/7. They were a bit more natural then some we've been to but plenty hot and relaxing on a rainy day. Last night in Saratoga!

SPY NINJA DAX is a Project Zorgo Hacker?! We Compete in Fun Challenges to Find Friend's Memory!
DAX LOST HIS MIND!
After Chad Wild Clay made I FOUND HACKERS in MINECRAFT while Spending 24 Hours Searching for Project Zorgo Safe Code in Game, Vy Qwaint created I'M A SPY NINJA AGAIN! TRAPPED in HACKER VENTS for 24 HOURS CHALLENGE & STOPPING PROJECT ZORGO and Daniel uploaded WE RESCUE SPY NINJA DAX from PROJECT ZORGO HACKERS & Explore Riddles & Clues in Park to find Gadgets to the Exposing Project Zorgo YouTube channel, Regina and I bring back Dax to the safe house. The last time we saw him, he got hit with Chad's stun stars! He's been acting weird and having real life glitches, and we are worried about his mental state. Regina figured out that Daxton does have a reaction every time he hears the word packages, so we think that exposing him to his closest friends, cardboard boxes, will snap him out of it! Its a weird and strange experiment, but we can't let the newest spy ninja fall victim to the evil plans of the Project Zorgo hacker organization. Dax is a clumsy one, but he sure does have a big heart. Do you think Project Zorgo got into his head? Is bringing Dax to the safe house a bad idea? Why is my Amazon delivery so late? NYSTV - Forbidden Archaeology - Proof of Ancient Technology w Joe Taylor Multi - Language
Joe Taylor, founder of Mt. Blanco Fossil Museum and his incredible findings in his many years as a paleontologist.
Whenever there is a bone discovered with the potential to shake the foundations of history, they just say that that piece of bone was contaminated.
Joe points out all you have to do is scrap off a layer of the bone and then you can get a fresh uncontaminated sample.
The educational scientific establishment is pretty shady.
Paradigm shifting discoveries that go ignored by the mainstream educational system. Elongated skulls, nephilm bones, red haired 12 foot mummies.
Abraham Lincoln once wrote that he's like to uncover the mounds that buried the giants of this lands.
He wasn't some kook. Giants throw off the whole evolutionary lie they want to promote so they go to great lengths to cove this fact up.
The Smithsonian and the Vatican have a lot to do with this cover up. They scoop up the findings and they are never seen again.
Joe Taylor talks about other subject you'll never hear from him.

Auburn Coach Wife Kristi Malzahn Agrees with Match & eHarmony: Men are Jerks
My advice is this: Settle! That's right. Don't worry about passion or intense connection. Don't nix a guy based on his annoying habit of yelling Bravo! in movie theaters. Overlook his halitosis or abysmal sense of aesthetics. Because if you want to have the infrastructure in place to have a family, settling is the way to go. Based on my observations, in fact, settling will probably make you happier in the long run, since many of those who marry with great expectations become more disillusioned with each passing year. (It's hard to maintain that level of zing when the conversation morphs into discussions about who's changing the diapers or balancing the checkbook.)
Obviously, I wasn't always an advocate of settling. In fact, it took not settling to make me realize that settling is the better option, and even though settling is a rampant phenomenon, talking about it in a positive light makes people profoundly uncomfortable. Whenever I make the case for settling, people look at me with creased brows of disapproval or frowns of disappointment, the way a child might look at an older sibling who just informed her that Jerry's Kids aren't going to walk, even if you send them money. It's not only politically incorrect to get behind settling, it's downright un-American. Our culture tells us to keep our eyes on the prize (while our mothers, who know better, tell us not to be so picky), and the theme of holding out for true love (whatever that is—look at the divorce rate) permeates our collective mentality.
Even situation comedies, starting in the 1970s with The Mary Tyler Moore Show and going all the way to Friends, feature endearing single women in the dating trenches, and there's supposed to be something romantic and even heroic about their search for true love. Of course, the crucial difference is that, whereas the earlier series begins after Mary has been jilted by her fiancé, the more modern-day Friends opens as Rachel Green leaves her nice-guy orthodontist fiancé at the altar simply because she isn't feeling it. But either way, in episode after episode, as both women continue to be unlucky in love, settling starts to look pretty darn appealing. Mary is supposed to be contentedly independent and fulfilled by her newsroom family, but in fact her life seems lonely. Are we to assume that at the end of the series, Mary, by then in her late 30s, found her soul mate after the lights in the newsroom went out and her work family was disbanded? If her experience was anything like mine or that of my single friends, it's unlikely.
And while Rachel and her supposed soul mate, Ross, finally get together (for the umpteenth time) in the finale of Friends, do we feel confident that she'll be happier with Ross than she would have been had she settled down with Barry, the orthodontist, 10 years earlier? She and Ross have passion but have never had long-term stability, and the fireworks she experiences with him but not with Barry might actually turn out to be a liability, given how many times their relationship has already gone up in flames. It's equally questionable whether Sex and the City's Carrie Bradshaw, who cheated on her kindhearted and generous boyfriend, Aidan, only to end up with the more exciting but self-absorbed Mr. Big, will be better off in the framework of marriage and family. (Some time after the breakup, when Carrie ran into Aidan on the street, he was carrying his infant in a Baby Björn. Can anyone imagine Mr. Big walking around with a Björn?)
