Direct Factory Outlets, abbreviated as DFO, is the name for a no-frills group of discount shopping centres in Australia. They are large-floor warehouse buildings containing partitioned stores where retail outlets sell excess or previous seasons' stocks at reduced prices.
South Wharf is an inner suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 2 km south-west of Melbourne's Central Business District. Its local government areas are the Cities of Melbourne and Port Phillip.
South Wharf is a small inner suburb south west from Melbourne's CBD. Its borders are the Yarra River to the north, Wurundjeri Way to the west, the West Gate Freeway and a small private car park bordering Ford Street and Munro Street, which is part of the City of Port Phillip, to the south and the former Port Melbourne railway line and Clarendon Street to the east.
Gazetted in 2008 and formerly part of the industrial and shipping area of Southbank, the renaming is part of a wider urban renewal strategy to link Southbank with the Melbourne Docklands.
South Wharf includes some of Melbourne's landmarks, including the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre and the Melbourne Maritime Museum, with its heritage Polly Woodside.

I was so excited to make this video for you.
This trip I am taking you to T K Maxx store located in Spencer Outlet shopping center. I was super excited about checking this store out because all my favorite blogger shop there and seem to love it. It is called T J Maxx in Uk and Usa.
I couldn't find a lot of information on their website and there aren't many videos online about them, so I thought why not make one??
I have to say the shop wasn't as amazing as I expected, but on the right day you may score yourself an amazing deal.

On the right corner is the on-going construction of the new 80 story Premier Tower which replaces the Savoy Tavern hotel pub.
On the left corner is the former Mail Exchange post office building. The seven storey steel-framed building was completed in 1917.

Bore yourself with a video of our recent visit to Melbourne. I don't want to call it a travel vlog 'cause we were really not in Australia for leisure but for some errands. :p Alongside our meetings and appointments, I was able to film some of the activities we did in the city that you may try when you visit Melbourne — from eating American doughnuts in Queen Victoria Market to chilling in Royal Botanic Gardens of Victoria.
