Walking to SPY MUSEUM & RODEO NIGHTCLUB (Very Retro) - REAL LIFE JAMES BOND INSPIRATION, SECRET ROOM
In this video I'm walking to the first SPY MUSEUM in the world, in Finland Tampere (VAKOILUMUSEO).
The world's first SPY MUSEUM is located in the heart of Tampere in Finlayson, Plevna, Siperia Hall. Open every day, tickets 9 € for adults. Depending on the season it's open 12-18 from monday to sunday.
From inside the museum you can see the real life James Bond, 007, inspiration, various cool gadgets and history, and if you're smart and alert you can find a SECRET ROOM inside the museum (MOST PEOPLE MISS THIS SECRET ROOM, well, because it's a well hidden secret room).
You can try and open a safe box in the museum, try out and learn about cipher and cryptography. Try out legally how easy it is to capture an e-mail. Learn about ninjas, female spies (femme fatale), espionage tech, reconnaisance cameras (spy cameras), hidden secret weapons, KGB, counter intel, lie detector, etc.
Unfortunately you cannot film inside the museum, so no footage from the inside but the museum is worth a visit if you're in Tampere.
Right next to the Spy Museum (VAKOILUMUSEO) there is a nightclub called RODEO. In this video I check it out from the outside. The nightclub is very unique and awe inspiring from the inside. The interior decor of RODEO NIGHTCLUB is very interesting and worth a visit purely because of that. The club is mostly for younger people, or atleast it's populated by very young people. The music is very RETRO and 90's dance music most of the time, at times playing modern dance hits also.
This nightclub is worth a visit just for the decor, if you're up late in the night in Tampere Finland.

- Särkänniemi Amusement park and Näsinneula Observation Tower are also fun place to visit!
- There are many interesting museums (art, video game, spy, moomin, ice hockey etc.) in Tampere!
- Don't forget to taste black sausage (mustamakkara) in Tammelantori square!
HOW TO GET THERE?
Tampere locates about 160 km distance from Helsinki to the up north.
From Helsinki Central Railway Station you will get there easily with train and it takes only about two hour.
You can get there also by bus and they start at Kamppi Center which locates about 400 meter to the west from the Helsinki Central Railway Station.

Versatile Museum Centre
Located on the banks of the Tammerkoski rapids, Vapriikki is a museum centre that offers things to see and do for the whole family. We put up about a dozen exhibitions each year with varied themes including history, technology and natural sciences.

Музей минералов раскрывает посетителям загадочный мир камней и минералов. При выборе экспонатов, предпочтение отдавалось ярким и броским камням. В музее представлены драгоценные и полудрагоценные камни, как в обработанном, так и в необработанном виде, строительные и декоративные камни, а также синтетические камни. Среди прочих, выставлены образцы благородных минералов, руды и металлов. В экспозиции также имеются метеориты и фоссилии, например, окаменелые яйца динозавров.
В Тампере находится единственный в Финляндии музей почты. Его постоянная выставка «Вестники» знакомит с историей развития корреспонденции и почтовых услуг в стране тысячи озер.
Едва переступив порог, посетители погружаются в атмосферу Финляндии первой половины 17 века. В то время письма доставляли пешком крестьяне. Выставка приглашает проследить, как финская почта эволюционировала с тех пор.
В музее можно заглянуть и на старинный почтамт, спящий сотрудник которого пробуждается с приходом посетителей и недовольно оправдывается за то, что уснул на рабочем месте.
Также здесь выставляют все марки, выпущенные в Финляндии. Интересна комната мальчика, собиравшего марки со всех уголков света в 1950-х. Его коллекцию, помещенную на карту мира, можно рассмотреть в телескоп.
Экспозиция интерактивна и полностью переведена на русский язык.

Recent Russian Spy Case Good Fit for Spy Museum in Washington
The International Spy Museum in Washington is hoping to add to its collection of espionage materials following the recent spy swap between the United States and Russia. The exchange was the largest between the two nations since the end of the Cold War. The case against as many as 12 Russians reads like a spy caper, with 10 of them already exchanged for four prisoners in Russia. VOA's Natalia Dmytrochenko recently visited the museum. Brian Allen narrates her story.

200 kms, Northbound from Helsinki, where the sun sets for 4 hours in May. Tampere is full of museums, such as the Lenin museum, Hockey Museum, arts gallery, or the Spy Museum.
And I have encountered the smallest airport so far here: only 4 gates, flights to Budapest, Helsinki, Stockholm and Riga.
