Green Valley Spa Resort Just returned from a five day stay as a spa guest with a friend. Two bedroom unit was great and hiking incredible and staff extremely friendly and food great too. Massage services and afternoon lectures and meditation sessions were excellent too. Highly recommend this spa.

I can't believe how good low calorie food can taste! My husband has a real sweet tooth and would end every meal by asking what off menu items were available and the food staff brought out treats for him. We found the food staff very accommodating.
Another fun thing about the dining was the common dining table for those that wanted to mingle. It was so fun chatting with everyone and learning about the different activities available at the spa. We really lucked out and met the most interesting and friendly people there.
We offer preventative therapies for maintenance of health and stamina as well as treatments for emerging and chronic conditions that prevent optimum performance and enjoyment of life. Holistic in nature, they serve to compliment conventional medicine and/or provide an alternative to pharmaceutical--based therapies.

As part of my stay at Red Mountain Resort, I took a Morning Meditation Hke with Bud Howard. We hiked over red sand on the Hidden Pinyon Trail in Snow Canyon State Park, to the vortex, where we laid down our yoga mat and Mexican blanket, and then ourselves, to meditate in the stillness. Bud played the flute hauntingly in the background.

Zion National Park Lodging Lexington Hotel Yelp Review My husband and I have stayed here a few times when we're in town. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had made reservations once and came in a day late. They didn't charge us for the day that we missed. That was much appreciated.
The rooms are large and clean. The bathrooms are small though. You have to lift up your legs when sitting in the bathroom to close the door. There really isn't much room in there.
They have a decent breakfast. The kitchen staff is comprised of older women and they're always super friendly, nice and helpful.
An easily accessible location, affordable rates, exceptional customer service, and superb accommodations make the Lexington Hotel and Conference Center the perfect choice when visiting the St. George area.
