This video was taken with my GoPro Hero 3+ Black edition from my Boga Tsunami Air paddleboard. It was taken in Crystal River, FL, at and around Three Sisters Springs. It's important when being a tourist that we choose to enjoy ourselves in a sustainable matter, reducing our waste, pollution, and effect on the animals and plants that live there.

Crystal River Refuge's Manatee Manners for Paddlers
Between November and April, Kings Bay is home to the largest aggregation of manatees in a natural environment in the world. To protect manatees from harm, harassment and disturbance, the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge and Manatee Sanctuaries were created in parts of Kings Bay. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service asks all paddlers to watch this informational video in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for humans and manatees alike.

Paddleboarding at Blue Spring with Manatees
As a day trip added onto an Orlando vacation, we went out with Paddleboard Orlando to explore the St Johns River and Blue Spring State Park.
Check out the blog post here:
Every winter hundreds of manatees flock to Blue Spring State Park in Central Florida. While you cannot swim with them, you can paddleboard and kayak to just outside the mouth of the freshwater spring. The curious manatees love to interact with people and say hi.
Beyond the manatee encounters, Blue Spring is also a year-round destination for crystal clear waters for swimming and paddling, there's light hiking, and ample wildlife viewing.
