The second day of the Vuelta Ibiza 2017, where we go from Coco Beach to Cala Playa D'hort. The beautiful weather continued as we lap the island. We pass a big bay which means the athletes have to do a 7 kilometer stretch over open water. On the third day our starting point is where we ended the day before, Cala Playa D'hort. On our way to Cala Salada the athletes pass the beautiful rock inlayed beach and island of Illa Sa Conillera. Another challange is the big bay of Sant Antoni de Portmany which the athletes pass far out on open sea.
The Vuelta Ibiza is an event where SUP athletes take a five day journey to lap the island of Ibiza, Spain. Powered by the SUP 11 City Tour and Mistral, the 2017 edition of the Vuelta Ibiza promises to be a unforgetable experience for everyone involved; athletes, supporters and crew.

cave of light Ibiza
Half way between Sant Antoni de Portmany and Port de Sant Miquel, Cap d'Albarca (Cape Albarca) stands at the entrance to a large bay of the same name. Under some impressive cliffs are two dives which can be carried out separately, but are here united in one. These are the Pillars of Hercules and the Cave of Light.
Balearica: A Magical Cruise Experience Presenting a brand new sailing experience for 2018; Balearica
Offering outstanding views of Ibiza’s stunning west coast, Balearica will transport guests to a host of the island’s most breathtaking destinations.
Balearica’s newly furnished boats will run every Saturday from 30th June until 15th September with money from the sale of every ticket going towards CREM, a recovery centre for marine species on the island. A first for Ibiza boat excursions. Balearica will also not use plastic or straws for serving drinks. The boat is glass bottom for submarine vision for fantastic views of crystal clear water that we aim to preserve.
Over the season a selection of Ibiza’s best DJ’s will take passengers through the history of Ibiza’s eclectic music scene; blending chillout, Balearic house and Ibiza classics.
Departing from San Antonio harbour the boat will head for Cala Bassa, one of the most beautiful bays on the island before stopping at the crystal clear shores of Cala Conta, allowing time for a swim, a snorkel and a go at paddle boarding.
Balearica will then sail around Ibiza’s most renowned landmarks, Atlantis and Es Vedra for a chance to see dolphins off Conejera island and capture that perfect photo.
As sunset approaches, the cruise will dock beside the aptly titled ‘Sunset Strip’, in front of iconic bars Mambo and Cafe Del Mar, for the ultimate Balearic moment set to the sounds Ibiza was made famous for.
Balearica is the most unique and enjoyable way to experience the beauty of Ibiza’s magical coastline.
