Sugarloaf Rock, Cape Naturaliste, Western Australia, Drone / Aerial footage
A sea-sculptured rock that emerges from the Indian Ocean. Sugarloaf Rock and the sometimes treacherous seas that pound it is best viewed from the platform. With its ever-changing colour, it is difficult to decide when it’s best to see it. Perhaps it is when the weather is stormy with crashing seas, maybe it is when it is calm sunny, and the water is crystal clear, or possibly the most magnificent sight is when the sun sets over the Indian Ocean and the colour of the rock changes every minute. If you wait long enough at sunset, you can even see the working Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse light up!

Sugarloaf Rock (Cape Naturaliste, Australia)
Sugarloaf Rock is one of the most spectacular sights of the northern Cape.
The bold crag reaches out of the ocean baring it's spectacular points and crevasses as the ocean pounds against it.
The sheer size of Sugarloaf Rock has to be experienced to be believed. If you're on your way the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, factor a few minutes extra into your journey and stop by for a look.

SUGARLOAF ROCK - One Fine Afternoon
We headed down south to Dunsborough in the South West Region of Western Australia to catch up with Family and relax for an afternoon.
I had some free time to go to one of my old favourite photography spots to capture some cinematic vibes and test out the C100 a bit more.
I'm absolutely amazed by what this camera produces flawlessly everytime!

Landscape Photography #13 Sugarloaf Rock Sunrise
After two days working in Perth I decided to stay 'out west' for the weekend and drive south to Dunsborough and the Margaret River region, two places I have not previously been. The Saturday was a big day with 12 hours driving, walking and shooting at Sugarloaf Rock, Cape Naturaliste, Margaret River mouth, Borandup Forest and Castle Rock Beach. I'll be covering several of those in future videos but this episode concentrates on sunrise at Sugarloaf Rock. The sky was almost completely clear with no clouds to provide colour in the sky but I was pleased with a few shots of Sugarloaf Rock as the sun came up behind me.

Pullman Bunker Bay Resort, Cape Naturaliste
We spent three days enjoying the stunning surroundings of Bunker Bay in Cape Nauraliste, Margaret River Region, Western Australia. This was our second stay at the lovely Pullman Bunker Bay Resort. The hotel is perfect for families as you can rent a 2 bed villa with a large open plan lounge & kitchen/diner. The location is perfect for trips to Margaret River, and a 5 minute drive from the epic Sugarloaf Rock and the beginning of the Cape to Cape track walk. We even spotted whales swimming in Bunker Bay from reception as we checked in!
Beautiful walks along pristine beaches, dolphins and whales galore, breweries, wineries and fabulous sunsets! If you are looking for a special place to spend time with your family in Western Australia, Bunker Bay is just under 3 hours drive south of Perth.
Some epic drone shots (if I do say so myself!) of a school of dolphins, surfers, and empty beaches!
