Best Skatepark in Nicaragua: The Surf Ranch Resort In San Juan Del Sur
The surf ranch is a really nice hotel with a skatepark in san juan del sure, nicaragua. I really enjoyed my stay here. The food was delicious, the skatepark was a little crunchy but really fun, and the pool was awesome too. The people are super friendly and even though they didn't have much hot water, it was so hot in October that it didn't really matter and it felt good to take a cold shower after the skate sessions.
They had a free shuttle to take us into the town when we wanted to. We bought the all-inclusive package for the weekend so drinks and food were never-ending.
The last clips are at a skatepark in Managua, the big city in Nicaragua. This park is located near the city center. I had a really fun session there and highly recommend taking a look at that skate park.

GoPro Skateboarding 2 - Day at the Surf Ranch Skateboard Park - San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua
- Phase 1 of the Surf Ranch skate park plaza just finished curing, and today was the 1st day we could skate it. We tested it out with the best skaters in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua, and had the funnest time. All angles, slopes and rails turned out exactly how we wanted them, and everything is perfect. We are working on the park everyday and it will include obstacles you have never seen before, including a skate able waterfall with a Mayan theme. Nicaragua's first skateboard park - Surf Ranch
The Surf Ranch Resort is building Nicaragua's 1st skateboard park. Free to use and open to the public. We just finished phase 1 which includes the box section. Next section is the lower middle section which includes the pyramid, tabletop, rails, ledges, etc...
We put in $15,000 of our own money into the park and are looking to raise $5000 more to finish it. To help out and chip in - surfranchnicaragua.com and click on chip in. Heather Reconnected with Surfing in Nicaragua at Suave Dulce
Heather Finlayson is going through a transition period in her life. She's in her last year of law school, just got out of a serious long-term relationship, and needed a break from real life to evaluate where she wants to go from here. She had learned to surf as a kid, but hadn't kept it up regularly. During her week in Nicaragua she fell back in love with surfing, had an awesome experience on horseback and gained new perspective on life.

I had the pleasure of spending a few days at the Surf Ranch action sports resort in Nicaragua and it was amazing! They have a sick skatepark, airbag, rock climbing wall, access to surf, swim up bar, great food, staff and owners! Certainly the best place I stayed on my trip!
