Here you can get to see and live Mountains, Hillocks, Haor (Natural Lakes) all in the same place.
During the full moon, Putting one’s head down into the floating boat while looking up to the vast sky surrounded big to little hill’s can change your idea about life and take you to the spiritual realms.
So, Here is the detailed “Tangor Haor” tour plan with approx costing’s .
Go to Kalyan Pur and get a bus ticket to Sylhet from the “Unique Bus Counter” (Fair = 470 BDT/person). The bus will leave at 11.15 PM from Dhaka. Direct buses to SunamGanj are also available but these buses doesn’t seem safe enough . (Fair = 550/person) and we surely don’t want you to miss the breakfast at Sylhet, So we are sticking to the Sylhet rout.
At around 5.30 AM in the dawn bus will reach Kadamtali, Sylhet. You can spend some time in the counter to get fresh and brush your teeth.
From their next is to hire a CNG to go to JallarPar (Fair 80 BDT.)
At JallarPar get your breakfast done at “Pach Bhai” or “Panshi” restaurant. These two are highly recommended for breakfast
Then, From JallarPar hire a CNG to Akhaliya Bus Stand (Fair=100BDT) and from their get on a bus to SonamGanj (Ticket Fair= between 50 to 90 BDT). You’ll reach Sonam Ganj at around 10.30 AM. From their some step ahead you’ll see hell loads of “leguna’s”(Tempo). You’ll have to get on a leguna to go to Taher Pur. Most of the leguna’s are going to TaherPur so you don’t have to worry about finding the right one ( Here Laguna Fair =600/800 BDT). It takes 1.5 / 2 hours to reach TaherPur. You’ll start to see haor’s and rivers on the sideways of the road during the journey.
You’ll reach TahirPur around 12PM. At TaherPur we suggest you to split up your group. If you are 6 person’s group, 3 can go fix a boat to go to Tanguar Haor (Finally !) and Meanwhile, the other group can go to the local market to get Food supply and lots of mineral water for the rest of the time in tangor haor. Boat fair=3000 BDT if you want stay the whole night in the boat. It takes two hours to reach Tanguar haor.
and then the rest of the time depends on how you want to spend it there. The people from the boat will guide you through to the rest of the places. When returning you can take the same route as you came. From Tangor haor to Tahir Pur SonamGanj Akhaliya JallarPar KadamTali,Sylhet Dhaka.

We started journey from Kamalapur via bus to Sunamganj old bus stand. Then hire a CNG for 500 BDT to tahirpur. Then we rent a trawler for Tanguar Haor. Our destination for the first day was Tekerghat. This place is very close to India Bangladesh border & Shaheed Siraj Lake aka Niladri Lake. We also visited Lakma chara & tekerghat Jhiri.
I was speechless visiting Niladri lake. This place was too beautiful to describe.
Then we started our journey to Jadukata river & at the evening we visited The Shimul Bagan (shimul garden). Though it was off season, so no flower was there but the place was so amazing & green. I loved the place.

কিভাবে যাবেন?
ঢাকা থেকে সুনামগঞ্জের বাস ( ভাড়া ৫৫০) যেখানে নামিয়ে দিবে, তার উল্টো পাশে লাওড়ের গড় হয়ে তাহিরপুর যাবার লেগুনা পেয়ে যাবেন । ভাড়া নিবে ২০০০ – ২৫০০ টাকা । সুনামগঞ্জ থেকে লাওড়ের গড় যাবার রাস্তা বেশ খারাপ । সে কারণে বড় লেগুনা পেলে সুবিধা হবে।
আমাদের ট্যুর প্ল্যান দুই দিনের হওয়াতে আমরা প্রথমে বারেক টিলা বেছে নিলাম। বারেকের টিলা দেখা শেষ করে আমরা একই লেগুনা দিয়ে চলে আসলাম তাহিরপুর । লেগুনা ভাড়া ২৫০০-২২০০ ।
তাহিরপুরে থাকার তেমন কোন ভালো ব্যবস্থা নেই । আমরা ছিলাম ইউনিয়নের গেস্ট হাইজে । প্রতি রুম ভাড়া ৪০০ টাকা, চার জন একত্রে থাকা যায় । VIP রুমটা নিতে পারলে IPS এর সুবিধা পাওয়া যাবে ।
খাবার জন্য চলে আসুন শাহজালাল টাওয়ারের সুনামগঞ্জ রেস্টুরেন্টে । এই রেস্টুরেন্টের খাবার এক কথায় অসাধারণ । ১২০ টাকায় মাছ অথবা মুরগি, এবং এর সাথে তিন-চার রকম ভর্তা দিয়ে লাঞ্চ বা ডিনার সেরে নিতে পারবেন ।
পরদিন বড় নৌকা ভাড়া ৬০০০ টাকা, বাবুর্চি ৭০০, আর সারাদিনের বাজার খরচ ৩০০০ টাকা।
আপনি যদি ৩০০০ – ৪০০০ টাকার মধ্যে আরাম – আয়েশে অনেকগুলো স্পট দেখতে চান, তাহলে টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওড় অবশ্যই একটা ভালো অপশন। আমাদের ১০ জনের গ্রুপ এ খরচ হয়েছে জনপ্রতি ৩৩০০ টাকার মত ।

আজকের অধ্যায় সুনামগঞ্জ এর টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওর।
ভ্লগ শুরুর আগে সবাইকে ধন্যবাদ পাশে থাকার জন্য, কমেন্টে, মেসেজ, ইমেইলে সবসময় আমাকে প্রেরণা দেয়ার জন্য। যার ফলাফল আমার ছোট্ট শখের ডায়েরী এখন ৫০ হাজারের ও বেশি মানুষের পরিবার!
আপনাদের সবার প্রতি আমি কৃতজ্ঞ,
যাইহোক, এবার চলুন যাত্রা শুরু করি টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওড় এর উদ্দেশ্যে। এর সাথে কিছু তথ্য জানিয়ে দেই। এই ট্যুর টি ছিল যাওয়া আসা মিলিয়ে ৩ রাত ২ দিনের। যা আয়োজন করেছিল বাংলাদেশ ট্রাভেল গ্রুপ (বিটিজি)। ট্রিপের জনপ্রতি খরচ ছিল ৩৫০০ টাকা। গ্রুপের ডিটেইলস দেয়া আছে ভিডিও ডেসক্রিপশনে।
আমরা যাত্রা শুরু করেছিলাম ঢাকা কমলাপুর শ্যামলি পরিবহন এর কাউন্টার থেকে রাত ১১টার বাসে সুনামগঞ্জ জেলার উদ্দেশ্যে। বাস ভাড়া জনপ্রতি ৫৭০ টাকা। ভোর ৫টা নাগাদ সিলেট পার হয়ে সকাল ৭ টার আগে আমরা পৌছে যাই সুনামগঞ্জ।
সুনামইঞ্জ থেকে সিএনজি রিজার্ভ নিয়ে চলে যাই তাহিরপুর, সেখানে পৌছানোর পর ই সকালের নাস্তা। আর হাওরের উদ্দেশ্যে ট্রলার ছাড়ে এই তাহিরপুর থেকেই।
আমাদের মূল টার্গেট ছিল টাঙ্গোয়ার হাওড়ে ঘুরাঘুরি, সুযোগ হলে দাপাদাপি, শহীদ সিরাজ লেক বা নিলাদ্রী লেক ঘুরে দেখা আর যাদুকাটা নদীর পাশে শিমুল বাগান ঘুরে দেখা। আর হাওরে ঘুরতে যাওয়ার সময় লাইফ জ্যাকেট মাষ্ট সাথে রাখা লাগবে।
সত্যি বলতে বাসে যাওয়ার সময় আমরা রাস্তার দুপাশে যে সৌন্দর্য দেখেছি, আর সিএনজিতে করে তাহিরপুর যাওয়ার সময় প্রকৃতির যে রুপ দেখেছি, তাতেই মনে হয়েছে ট্যুর এর পয়সা উসুল!! আর বাকি যা যা দেখেছি, সব সব হচ্ছে বোনাস!!!
সত্যি, প্রকৃতি এত সুন্দর রুপে সাজতে পারে। সৃষ্টিকর্তার প্রতি নিজের অজান্তেই মাথাটা নত হয়ে আসে তার সৃষ্টি দেখে।
ইঞ্জিনের ট্রলারে গান আড্ডা গল্পে গল্পে ভর দুপুর বেলা আমরা পৌছে যাই ওয়াচ টাওয়ারে। যেটা অনেকটা রাতারগুল জলাবন এর ফীল আপনাকে।
ওয়াচ টাওয়ারে প্রায় সব ট্রলার ও নৌকাই একবার করে ঘুরে যায়। আমরা ওয়াচ টাওয়ারে কিছুক্ষন সময় কাটিয়ে আবার যাত্রা শুরু করি আমাদের প্রথম দিনের শেষ গন্তব্য টেকেরঘাট এর উদ্দেশ্যে। এর মাঝে এক যাগায় নৌকা ভিড়িয়ে শুরু হয় আমাদের আনন্দ উজ্জাপন!
প্রত্যেকে লাইফ জ্যাকেট নিয়ে যাওয়ায় সাঁতার না জানাও কোন সমস্যা ছিল না। প্রায় ৫ ঘন্টার বেশি সময় পানিতে ছিলাম আমরা। পানিতে ঝাপাঝাপি, ডুবাডুবি আর হৈ হুল্লোর করে দূর্দান্ত সময় কেটেছে আমাদের। সেদিনের দুপুরের খাবার খাওয়া হয় ট্রলারেই। রান্না করেছিল ট্রলারের মাঝি ও তার সহযোগী।
ডুবাডুবি পর দুপুরের খাবার খেয়ে আমরা সন্ধ্যার আগে দিয়ে পৌছে যাই প্রথম দিনের শেষ গন্তব্য টেকেরঘাট!
এবার বলে দেই রাত্রী যাপনের কথা,
আমরা রাত্রি যাবন করেছিলাম ট্রলারে। কারণ টেকেরঘাটে থাকার কোন হোটেল নেই এমনকি খাবার হোটেল ও নেই তেমন। ট্যুরিস্টবাহী সকল ট্রলার নিরাপত্তার তাগীদে সাধারণত এখানেই রাত কাটিয়ে দেয়। বাইরে রাতভর বৃষ্টি থাকায় মাঝ রাতের আড্ডা জমানো বাদ দিয়ে ঘুমের দিকেই মনযোগ দিতে হয়েছিল সবাইকে।
সকালে ঘুম থেকে উঠেই এক বাসায় রিকোয়েস্ট করে ফ্রেশ হয়ে ছুটে যাই শহীদ সিরাজ লেক বা নিলাদ্রী লেক এর উদ্দেশ্যে। বিভিন্ন ট্রাভেল গ্রুপের ছবি দেখে নিলাদ্রী নিয়ে যতটা কল্পনা ছিল, নিলাদ্রী আসলে এর থেকেও কয়েক গুন বেশি সুন্দরী এবং রুপময়। যে কারো চোখ ধাঁধাতে সক্ষম এই নিলাদ্রী লেক।
নিলাদ্রী লেক ঘুরে এসে হাতে কিছু সময় থাকায় আমরা সিদ্ধান্ত নিলাম লাকমাছড়া যাওয়ার।
লাকমাছড়া হচ্ছে সিলেটের বিসনাকান্দির মত একটা যায়গা। ভারতের কোন একটা ঝর্ণার ঝিরি শেষ হয়েছে এখানে এসে। আর ভারত বাংলাদেশ সীমান্ত হওয়ায় এই ঝর্ণা পর্যন্ত যাওয়ার অনুমতি নেই। বাংলাদেশিরা এই হাটু পানিতে দাপাদাপি করেই নিজেদের তৃপ্ত করে।
এরপর গেলাম একটি আনকমন একটা স্থান, টেকেরঘাট ঝিড়ি তে। সেখালেও দেখা মিলল ঝিড়িপথ এর। এটাও ভারত থেকে বাংলাদেশে গড়ানো কোন এক ঝর্ণার শেষ প্রান্ত। সীমানা পিলাড় টপকানোর অনুমতি নাই। বরফগলা হিম শীতল পানি। ছবি তোমার জন্য সুন্দর স্থান।
মোটর সাইকেলে লাকমাছড়া সহ এই দুই যায়গা ঘুরতে যাওয়া আসা সহ দুই জনের খরচ হয় ১০০ টাকা। বাইকে ড্রাইভার বাদের ২ জন বসা যায়।
এখান থেকে ঘুরে আসে আমরা ছুটে চললাম যাদুকাটা নদীর তীরে অবস্থিত শিমুল বাগান এর উদ্দেশ্যে। ভালোবাসার মৌসুমে এখানে লাল শিমুল ফুল ছড়িইয়ে ছিটিয়ে থাকে গাছে আর মাটিতে। কিন্তু সিজন না থাকায় আমরা দেখেছি সবুঝ পরিষ্কার ভালোবাসা। চোখ ধাধানো এত সবুজ আর কোথায় দেখেছি বলে এই মুহূর্তে মনে পরচ্ছে না।
যদিও বিদায় নিয়েছিলাম শিমুল বাগান দেখার পর পর ই। কিন্তু যাদুকাটা নদীর সচ্চ সুন্দর পানি দেখে ডুবাডুবির জন্য মন টানচ্ছিল ব্যাপক। তো কজন মিলে ঝাপিয়ে পরলাম যাদুকাটা নদীতে।
তো এই ছিল আমাদের টাঙ্গোয়ার হাওড় ট্রিপ। বাকি যা দেখবেন তা হচ্ছে বোনাস আর আমার ফাও বকবক। আর ফাও বকবক মানেই সাবস্ক্রাইব। ভিডীওটি কেমন লাগলো কমেন্ট বক্সে জানাবেন। আর ভালো লাগলে আস্তে করে লাইক বাটন টি ক্লিক করে দিন। কোন কিছু ভালো না লাগলে অবশ্যই কারণ জানাতে ভুলবেন না। এর বাইরেও ট্রাভেল ও ভ্লগ বিষয়ক যে কোন প্রশ্ন রেখে যেতে পারেন।

টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওর বা টাঙ্গুয়া হাওর, বাংলাদেশের বৃহত্তর সিলেটের সুনামগঞ্জ জেলায় অবস্থিত একটি হাওর। প্রায় ১০০ বর্গকিলোমিটার এলাকা জুড়ে বিস্তৃত এ হাওর বাংলাদেশর দ্বিতীয় বৃহত্তম মিঠা পানির জলাভূমি ।
স্থানীয় লোকজনের কাছে হাওরটি নয়কুড়ি কান্দার ছয়কুড়ি বিল নামেও পরিচিত। এটি বাংলাদেশের দ্বিতীয় রামসার স্থান, প্রথমটি সুন্দরবন।
টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওর সুনামগঞ্জ জেলার ধর্মপাশা ও তাহিরপুর উপজেলার মেঘালয় পাহাড়ের পাদদেশে অবস্থিত। মেঘালয় পাহাড় থেকে ৩০টিরও বেশি ঝরা (ঝরণা) এসে মিশেছে এই হাওরে।
দুই উপজেলার ১৮টি মৌজায় ৫১টি হাওরের সমন্বয়ে ৯,৭২৭ হেক্টর এলাকা নিয়ে টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওর জেলার সবচেয়ে বড় জলাভূমি। পানিবহুল মূল হাওর ২৮ বর্গকিলোমিটার এবং বাকি অংশ গ্রামগঞ্জ ও কৃষিজমি। একসময় গাছ-মাছ-পাখি আর প্রাকৃতিক জীববৈচিত্র্যের আধার ছিল এই হাওর।
১৯৯৯ খ্রিস্টাব্দে টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওরকে 'প্রতিবেশগত সংকটাপন্ন এলাকা' হিসেবে ঘোষণা করা হয়, তখনই অবসান হয় দীর্ঘ ৬০ বছরের ইজারাদারির। ২০০০ খ্রিস্টাব্দে ২০ জানুয়ারি এই হাওরকে 'রামসার স্থান' (Ramsar site) হিসেবে ঘোষণা করা হয়।
টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওরের জীববৈচিত্র্যের মধ্যে অন্যতম হলো বিভিন্ন জাতের পাখি। স্থানীয় বাংলাদেশী জাতের পাখি ছাড়াও শীতকালে, সুদূর সাইবেরিয়া থেকে আগত পরিযায়ী পাখিরও আবাস এই হাওর।
এ হাওরে প্রায় ৫১ প্রজাতির পাখি বিচরণ করে। পরিযায়ী পাখিদের মধ্যে বিরল প্রজাতির প্যালাসেস ঈগল, বড় আকারের গ্রে কিংস্টর্ক রয়েছে এই হাওড়ে।
স্থানীয় জাতের মধ্যে শকুন, পানকৌড়ি, বেগুনি কালেম, ডাহুক, বালিহাঁস, গাঙচিল, বক, সারস, কাক, শঙ্খ চিল, পাতি কুট (এই হাওরের ২৮-২৯%) ইত্যাদি পাখির নিয়মিত বিচরণ এই হাওরে। এছাড়া আছে বিপন্ন প্রজাতির পরিযায়ী পাখি কুড়ুল (বাংলাদেশে এর নমুনাসংখ্যা ১০০টির মতো)।
এছাড়াও ৬ প্রজাতির স্তন্যপায়ী প্রাণী, ৪ প্রজাতির সাপ, বিরল প্রজাতির উভচর, ৬ প্রজাতির কচ্ছপ, ৭ প্রজাতির গিরগিটিসহ নানাবিধ প্রাণীর বাস, এই হাওরের জীববৈচিত্র্যকে করেছে ভরপুর।
টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওরে প্রায় ২০০ প্রজাতির মাছ রয়েছে। এ হাওরের বিখ্যাত মাছের মধ্যে প্রথমেই উল্লেখ করা যায় মহাশোলের কথা। মাছটির দুটো প্রজাতির বৈজ্ঞানিক নাম যথাক্রমে Tortor এবং Torputitora, টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওরে দুই প্রজাতিই পাওয়া যেত।

টাঙ্গুয়ার মাছ বাজার ।। Tangua Fish Market,Sunamganj
Tanguar haor (also called Tangua haor), located in the Dharmapasha and Tahirpur upazilas of Sunamganj District in Bangladesh, is a unique wetland ecosystem of national importance and has come into international focus. The area of Tanguar haor including 46 villages within the haor is about 100km2 of which 2,802.36 ha2 is wetland. It is the source of livelihood for more than 40,000 people. The Government of Bangladesh declared Tanguar haor as an Ecologically Critical Area in 1999 considering its critical condition as a result of overexploitation of its natural resources. In 2000, the hoar basin was declared a Ramsar site - wetland of international importance. With this declaration, the Government is committed to preserve its natural resources and has taken several steps for protection of this wetland.
Tanguar haor plays an important role in fish production as it functions as a 'mother fishery' for the country.
Every winter the haor is home to about 200 types of migratory birds. The haor is an important source of fish. In 1999-2000, the government earned 7,073,184 takas as revenue just from fisheries of the haor. There are more than 140 species of fresh water fish in the haor. The more predominant among them are: ayir, gang magur, baim, tara, gutum, gulsha, tengra, titna, garia, beti, kakia etc. Hijal, karach, gulli, balua, ban tulsi, nalkhagra and other freshwater wetland trees are in this haor.

Nature and Life - Episode 183 (Tanguar Haor)
Bangladesh is the largest delta of the world.
Geographical position and seasonal diversity have made this country unique.
Bangladesh is one of the most waterlogged countries of the world.
The Meghalaya is in the north-eastern side of this country.
The freshwater flow from there has created a unique arrangement of wetland.
Tanguar Haor is an inseparable part of that arrangement.
Tanguar Haor is famous throughout the world as a reservoir of aquatic biodiversity.
Due to availability of water flow throughout the year, it has richer biodiversity compared to other Haors.
This flow of water occurs through rivers and canals.
The flow of water increases in monsoon.
The Haor becomes so full of water that it looks almost like a sea.
With multitude of Hijal and Karach, the Haor turns into a swamp forest; as if those trees are floating over water.
But the water dries up in winter.
Sediments, coming from upstream, fertilize the soil of Haor.
As a result, plenty of aquatic plants grow in Haor.
Some of these aquatic plants are floating and some are submerged.
Among aquatic plants Water lily, Lotus, Chandmala, Water chestnut are remarkable.
Lotuses, with large leaves, look beautiful on the Haor water.
Water Chestnut and Chandmala create a green layer on water.
Colorful flower bloom on them.
These aquatic plants decompose with seasonal shift and make soil fertile.
Hijal, Karach and Barun are mentionable trees of Haor.
These trees usually grow on the bank of wetlands.
Various colorful Butterflies, Grasshoppers and insects roam on these trees.
These aquatic plants provide numerous organisms with food and shelter.
Various species of fishes are available in the Haor.
Such as: Climbing Perch, Air, Kuria labeo, Pabda catfish etc.
Along with these, various invertebrates like: Shrimp, Snail, Oyster etc. are also available that are good source of food for birds.
As a result, along with resident birds, numerous migratory birds come to this Haor in winter.
The whole area becomes sonorous with the calls of those birds.
These birds are a vital part of the Haor ecosystem.
The population of Cormorant, Purple Swamphen and various species of Ducks & Egrets is richer in here compared to other places.
Beautiful Purple Swamphens forage for feeding in flock on aquatic plants.
Their purple color beautifies the Haor.
Cormorants can be seen warming themselves in the sunshine.
Most of the time they dive to forage for feeding.
Grebes can also be seen foraging for feeding in here.
They are expert fish hunter.
Various species of Egrets are common in here.
Great Egret, Cattle Egret, Grey Heron, Indian Pond Heron are remarkable among them.
They sharply observe their prey and hunt if they get chance.
Various species of Ducks are one of the inhabitants of Tanguar Haor.
Common coot duck, Pochard duck, Garganey, Ruddy shelduck, are mentionable among them.
They usually roam in large flocks.
They can also be seen roaming alone or as couple.
Most of the time they feed on aquatic plants, fishes, Snails etc. in flock.
They also roost in here.
Some of their flocks may contain thousands of Ducks.
Flock of Lesser Whistling duck can be seen roaming in Haor.
They roam together with other birds.
If terrified, they also fly away with other birds.
Reed lands of Tanguar Haor is a safe home to wildlife.
Due to the presence of large number of insects, Grassbird, Ruddy-breasted Crake, Warbler, Bee eater etc. birds roam in reed lands.
They sometimes roam outside reed lands for feeding.
Critically endangered Pallas's fish eagle can still be seen in Tanguar Haor.
Large trees of the wetland are the perfect roosting place for them.
Various species of amphibians and reptiles can also be seen in this vast Haor.
Such combination of flora and fauna has made Tanguar Haor a unique wetland.
Moreover, it’s a huge repository of fishes.
For such unique features, it has been declared as Ramsar site.
Human life is closely related to this enormous ecosystem.
Tanguar Haor has merged with the life and tradition of local people.
But human habitation has been increasing around the Haor since the middle of last century.
Unplanned harvesting of fishes, trees and aquatic plants are increasing gradually.
Thus, population of birds and wildlife is decreasing alarmingly due to the disturbance in the natural balance of the ecosystem.
Resident and migratory birds are threatened due to illegal hunting.
Resident fishes are decreasing due to continuous use of Gill net, and migratory birds are being entrapped.
This is impacting the whole ecosystem.
So, we all have to be cautious to conserve the huge natural resources of Tanguar Haor.
Befitting initiatives need to be taken to conserve the biodiversity of this internationally important place.
Only then we’ll get more financial and ecological benefits from this wetland.

Tanguar haor (Bengali: টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওর, Sylheti:; also called Tangua haor), located in the Dharmapasha and Tahirpur upazilas of Sunamganj District in Bangladesh, is a unique wetland ecosystem of national importance and has come into international focus.
Niladri Lake, located at Tekerghat in Sunamganj near the Indian border, is called Bangladesh's Kashmir
There is a hillock beside the river, possibly 150 feet is the height. People says that as Barik Tila(বারিক টিলা), Barikka Tila(বারিক্কা টিলা), etc. From the top of the hill, the people and the boats beside the river look very small.
Shimul Bagan’ is situated in the Jadukata river banks taking over 100 bighas of land in Tahirpur, Sunamganj. The garden also contains lemon trees. It appears like a field of Bombax that has been decorated by imaginary colors.
How to go:
From Dhaka to Sunamganj by bus (non-AC), will cost you around 550 BDT and will take 5/-6 hours maximum to reach Sunamganj. upon reaching, hire a bike which will be available in bus stand, will cost you around 800-1000 BDT max for the whole day trip. first will go to Shimul bagan, then barikkatila, then niladri lake. you will get another flavour in rainy season, when you can hire a boat and sail to the area.
when to go: if you want day trip, you can go at winter, if you wanna see the lovely lake view and stay in the boat at night then go to the rainy season.

একই সাথে বিস্তৃত জলাভুমি ও মেঘে ঘেড়া পাহাড়ের মিলন দেখতে চাইলে টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওর বেষ্ট অপশন।
ক্ষণে ক্ষণে প্রকৃতি কিভাবে বদলায় অপরুপ দৃশ্য ধারন করে তা দেখতে চাইলে অন্তত একবার হলেও ঘুরে আসুন টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওর।
লক্ষনীয় বিষয়ঃ
# তাহিরপুর থেকে নৌকা নিয়ে হাওরে যাওয়ার আগে অবশ্যই থানায় জিডি করে নিবেন।
# নৌকায় ফোন, ক্যামেরা চার্জ দেয়ার জন্য ব্যাটারি ও DC TO AC converter(স্হানীয় ভাষায় চার্জার) ভাড়া করে নিবেন ২৫০-৩০০ টাকার বিনিময়ে।
# অতি অবশ্যই লাইফ জ্যাকেট ভাড়া নিয়ে নিবেন মাত্র ৫০ টাকার বিনিময়ে, সাতার জানা থাকলেও লাইফ জ্যাকেট নিবেন জীবনের মূল্য ৫০ টাকার বেশি না।
# নৌকা ভাড়া করার পর থেকে মাঝিদের খাবার সাথে তাদের নিয়ে খাবেন।
# টেকেরঘাট সিমান্ত লাগোয়া এলাকা সাবধানতা অবলম্বন করবেন সবসময়।
# হাওরে খাবার প্যাকেট ও অপচনশীল কিছু ফেলবেন না।
# এই এলাকার বাসিন্দারা খুব আন্তরিক তাদের মাঝে ঠকানোর মন-মানসিকতা নেই তাদের সম্মান করবেন।
