California Gold Mining sees a golden opportunity in CBD hemp farming
California Gold Mining Inc (CSE: CGM) (OTCMKTS: CFGMF) CEO Vishal Gupta tells Proactive Investors the gold explorer is expanding efforts to develop a CBD hemp project at its Fremont property in Mariposa County, California, a potential resource of almost 900,000 ounces of gold.
Gupta says the company recently secured $3 million in debt financing to fund the build-out of its 27,000 square foot greenhouse, launching in 3Q 2019.

On May 21, 2019 Riverside Central Elementary School celebrated the unveiling of their Community Mural located on the front of their building.

Riverside Central Elementary School’s students, staff, families, and community partners have been on a two-year journey to create a mural that is representative of our students, our school, and our community. This process included two, week-long artist-in-residence experience for all students during their art class. Students then designed their unique mini-mural. All 500 of these student pieces were displayed at the Minnesota Children's Museum Rochester where over 8,000 people viewed them. Using these works of art, GoodSpace Murals integrated student design elements and images into a mural draft. Our students, families, and community provided feedback, and the final design was created. Lastly, our students were able to actually “paint by number” on the mural during the second residency. We concluded our fall with a Community Paint Party at the Rochester Farmers Markets where roughly 500 people participated in painting.
On May 21st, we unveiled this mural with a celebration captured in this YouTube video.

U.S. District Court holds five Naturalization Ceremonies in St. George in September
ST. GEORGE, Utah - (9/25/19) –The U.S. District Court system in Utah is experiencing more naturalization ceremonies, especially here in St. George.
Five ceremonies were held this past week, where 63 people took their oath to serve and protect the United States as a a newly sworn in citizen.
The immigrants who came from all over the world have spent several years pursuing their dreams of becoming an American. They say it’s all about freedom and the pursuit of happiness, which many haven’t been afforded in their previous countries.

Mike Hammar And The Nails➥ Mike Hammar has been playing the blues up and down the state of California for the past 25 years. This Oklahoma born Native American was brought up on the blues by his father Mike Hammar, Sr. who introduced him to the music of Lightin' Hopkins, Gatemouth Brown, T-Bone Walker, and BB King. After years of being a sideman, Mike set out to create his own legacy. He put together a hard working blues band in 2001 and swore he would do his best to write, record, and perform his own style of blues. Mike Hammar and his band, The Nails, released their first album Going Home in the summer of 2004. Their album has received airplay on American Roots Music Radio in Norway, England, Germany, Belgium, Canada, and on the college radio circuit here in the United States. In 2009, Mike and the band won the prestigious Monterey Bay Blues Festival's Battle of the Blues Bands. They followed that up with the release of their second album Recipe for the Blues in the summer of 2010. This sophomore effort presented 12 eclectic blues tunes written and produced by Mike Hammar. One of the songs from this album This Ain't Goodbye was nominated for an an Independent Music Award. Blues for the Gulf selected another song from the album, Before Miss Katrina, to be part of a national multi-artist digitally released album in 2010. Mike's music has been featured on Sirius XM Radio's BB King Bluesville station. Mike and his crew have had the honor of opening for some of the biggest names in modern blues. They continue to make their mark on the California blues scene with well crafted original music and heart felt performances. Mike's band consists of Harmonica Jim Pedersen, Sparky Gehres on the bass, Greg Merino on drums, and Allan B3blues Carroll on the Hammond organ. This unique blues crew offers a refreshing new feel to a traditional American genre of music. Influenced by many blues styles, their sound is eclectic, enthusiastic, and energetic.

Clapping games first became popular in the UK in the 1960s having travelled over from America. Children today play many different kinds of clapping games; some routines are fast and difficult, involving complicated dance moves. Others are slow and easy like those performed to the song ‘a sailor went to sea, sea, sea’. Children get ideas for their clapping games from all sorts of places; they might learn them at school, from pop songs, from brothers and sisters, or from poems or rhymes. These games can be played in a number of situations; to pass time while waiting in line, to play with a large circle of friends, or to keep hands warm on a cold day.
