We visited Albany on Day 4 of our our 19 day road trip in the North Eastern States of the USA.
The Egg is a performing arts venue in Albany, New York. This unusual building was designed by Harrison & Abramovitz as part of the Empire State Plaza project and was built between 1966 and 1978. It is located in the northeast corner of the Plaza. It has become an icon of New York's Capital District due to its unusual shape and central location.

Iron Man Breakfast Omelet Challenge at Broken Yolk Cafe!!
Atlas vs Broken Yolk Cafe's 12-Egg Iron Man Breakfast Omelet Challenge at The Broken Yolk Cafe in Costa Mesa, California. On June 5, 2019, I began my 2019 Summer Adventures and stop #6 was the Southern California area so I could take on a few delicious food challenges all around Los Angeles and San Diego. For final challenge #7, I decided to try a challenge AGAIN that I had attempted and defeated back in December 2016 at one of their Florida locations. The famous 12-egg Iron Man Breakfast Omelet Challenge at the Costa Mesa, California location of The Broken Yolk Cafe. This challenge was featured on Man v. Food: San Diego many years ago. The omelet consisted of 12 fresh eggs with healthy onions, mushrooms, and cheese, topped with their delicious chili and more shredded cheese. I had 1 hour to finish but I was trying to beat my previous time, also finishing the 1lb of homefries and 2 giant biscuits that the challenge includes. BIG thanks to the Costa Mesa location's management and staff for the hospitality, and to all the people who came up to watch and meet me that July morning. We appreciate everyone in California supporting our efforts!! The next five videos will feature challenges in New Jersey and Pennsylvania!!

Broken Yolk Cafe’s 12-Egg Iron Man Breakfast Omelet Challenge ($34):
There is a 12-egg omelet that is filled with mushrooms, onions, and cheese. That is all smothered with a special chili sauce and more cheese. The omelet is served with a huge pile of homefries and 2 large biscuits. There is a 1 hour time limit to finish everything. Winners receive the meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and spot on the location's Wall of Fame. This challenge was featured on Man v. Food: San Diego but now there are Broken Yolk Cafe locations around the United States, especially California.
The challenge is available at all of them and the food is delicious!!

A Texas homeowner who reported seeing a few snakes under his house actually had 45 venomous rattlesnakes living there. According to Big Country Snake Removal, who were called in to remove the snakes, the unnamed homeowner in Albany crawled under his house last Wednesday to check on a cable, and instead found serpents there. He then called the snake removal service to take them out.
