Predictions for Workplace Equality
Women in Wireless Special interest Group
November 8, 2018
It is 2018 and women have made great strides in the workplace, but inequality persists. Especially in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), women only make up about 25 percent of these jobs. Given these numbers:
Have we correctly identified the barriers to entry for middle and high school aged girls into STEM education?
What can be done to break down these barriers? Are we doing enough?
What are we doing to retain and develop female talent within the STEM fields so that women fairly represent the leadership in the various technology fields?

Fujifilm XF50-140mm Lens Review and Testing
A complete review and testing of the Fujifilm 50-140 zoom lens for photographers and all new XT-3 and XT-2 camera owners.
NOTE: A couple of corrections (since YouTube doesn't allow editing of videos).
1. The 10-24 is not officially a Red Badge lens. But man, it sure feels like it is. Thanks to viewer Mech-E for pointing this out! Actually, the it's the 8-16mm.
2. The chromatic aberration picture was taken with the 56 1.2, which I had with me on the same day I shot the 50-140 review. However, the CA is almost identical on both lenses, so the same info applies. Special thanks to Andrea De Meo for letting me know about this!
3. It’s weather resistant but not water proof ????Try not to throw in pool or dump water on it!
You guys (and gals) ROCK!!
Sample Fujifilm XT-3 files shot with this lens may be downloaded here: (300 MB)
