The House of Dancing Water, the world’s largest water-based show, is an award-winning acrobatic and stunt-filled spectacle at the City of Dreams resort and casino in Macau.
A cast of some 90 performance artists and 160 crew members from around the world putting on 10 shows each week. The production, which cost HK$2 billion (US$250 million), has entertained more than 5 million people since it premiered in 2010.
City of Dreams hosted the South China Morning Post to take in a performance and for a backstage look at some of the magic behind The House of Dancing Water.

I would first like to apologize for the black screen in the beginning. You didn't miss anything, it was just me waiting for the show to start with words up on the screen. The rest of the show is everything I could capture.
This is a famous water show in Macau, China which is about an hour and a half long and well worth the expensive prices. If you sit in the first few rows you will be absolutely soaked with water and it's pretty amazing. You're not allowed to record but are allowed to take pictures. So of course I recorded because they can't tell the difference. The story is about a man who keeps trying to save a woman who has been captured by a mean witch. He gets help from an African tribe and a Chinese Kong Fu artist. There's a lot more to the show from which you see here but I really hope you guys can enjoy this. If you ever get a chance to go to China make sure you stop by Macau which is in the southern part of China and see this show. It's truly amazing and well worth it. you will laugh your heart out at the clown. He's kind of the laughing stock of the town type of guy. When he hears people laughing he turns around and shouts at them while throwing water at them. He later appears on a boat and splashes the audience by hitting the paddle on the surface of the water. Just go see the show! :)
