Axe Crime Reconstruction - Boldmere Sutton Coldfield June 2011 Part 1
I understand this was a reconstruction of a crime involving an axe attack regarding a robbery. I have not seen anything shown on television since about this, but I had an idea it may be connected to a Police Bravery Award yet to be aired.

MIssion Christmas 2010
What a blessing it has been to us, and to hundreds of homeless women and children! Each year we raise money to take homeless women who live with their children a local homeless shelter, shopping for their children for Christmas. Each mom gets $100.00 per child and we take them to a local Walmart to shop for their children for Christmas. We give the gift of dignity to these mothers by enabling them to give to their children for Christmas. This year there are even more families, and our need for funds and volunteers is the greatest it has ever been. We hope that you will join us this Christmas and share your blessings with these mothers and their children.

Haunted Airfield Hornchurch (HEADPHONES)
The final part of the PSB11 session processed for Paul (Afterlife UK)
This was much harder to pull the voices out of for some reason - but I've done my best
Music from Jukedeck - create your own at
I pulled out the stops on the titles a bit because I think that RAF Hornchurch (Sutton's Farm as it was in WW1) open roughly between 1915 and 1962, is a sadly forgotten about airfield - but one that played a crucial role as part of No 11 Group in WW2
Following a period of gravel extraction and infilling with rubbish in the 1970s, the airfield was extensively landscaped to create Hornchurch Country Park. Most of the former administrative and technical areas, including the two Type A and one Type C hangars, were levelled in the 1960s and the area is now a housing estate.
The former Officers' Mess is now a medical centre in Astra Close. The Officers' Mess (Astra House), Officers' Quarters (Astra Court East, West & North) and WO Quarters (89-99 (odd numbers) Wood Lane) are included in the RAF Hornchurch Conservation Area.
A number of pillboxes, command bunkers and gun positions, together with the largest number of surviving Tett Turrets in England, still exist within the boundaries of the former airfield and can be seen on the Eastern edge of the country park.
RAF Hornchurch artefacts and memorabilia are housed in the Purfleet Heritage & Military Centre.
Hope you like the video and thanks for watching Haunted Airfield (HEADPHONES)
Shady M. Qubaty moderating Adalah's panel in the UK Parliament on The Rule of Law in Yemen
Adalah, which translates to ‘justice’ in Arabic, is Yemen’s leading international law NGO. Headquartered in London with operations in Washington D.C. and Aden, our mandate is to address the complex legal issues arising from the recent conflict in Yemen, in addition to filling the void in underreporting and analysis of international law issues in Yemen. We believe that upholding the rule of law and promoting human rights are the only true means of ensuring peace and stability.
In 2018, Adalah Yemen was appointed as the Secretariat to the APPG on Yemen and as part of our partnership, we were delighted to launch our latest original research series called the ‘Law in Yemen’ together in Parliament on 6 March 2019. The event intended to enable discussion of how, collectively, we can overcome Yemen’s legal, political, humanitarian and social challenges.
The panel was moderated by the Co-Founder and COO of Adalah, Shady M. Qubaty, and its distinguished guests included: Keith Vaz - MP for Leicester East (Labour), Alison Thewliss - MP for Glasgow Central (SNP), Andrew Mitchell - MP for Sutton Coldfield (Conservative), Dr Noel Brehony Chairman of The British-Yemeni Society, Maj. Gen Aidarus al-Zoubaidi - President of the Southern Transitional Council - المجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي and Omar Al-Mashjari - Co-Founder of Adalah.

Sep 26, 2012 UK_UK officers strike back over government's police cuts
The UK's severe budget cuts have dealt a crushing blow to the country's police force. In the West Midlands, officers have decided to fight back.
Police federations for the three regions surrounding Birmingham are preparing their very own welcome for all the government ministers paying a visit to the city in a couple of weeks for the Conservative Party Conference.
They say they are going to buy up as many billboards as they can in the city center to put up anti-government advertisements.
They want the public to know that they cannot guarantee a good service because of the budget cuts being insisted on.
Across the whole of England and Wales the picture is similar. Some 6,800 frontline police jobs have gone since the 2010 general election -- in order to free up more money for the UK
Treasury, which is in desperate need of cash.
The Police Federation says the cuts undermine the ability to fight crime.
What the government is seeking to do will change the nature of policing in England and Wales beyond recognition. We can't lose 16,000 officers, 20% of the budget and maintain the policing as we know it in England and Wales, says Ken Mackaill, Chairman of West Mercier Police Federation.
Police officers are very dedicated and they want to do a good job, they are determined to do a good job, but there are so many obstacles being put in their place now, says Chris Jones, Secretary of West Midlands Police Federation.
Ultimately, the Police Federation's latest campaign in Birmingham is a warning that even if the deep cuts save the British government money, that could come at the cost of public safety.
