Copenhagen Central Station - Københavns Hovedbanegård - Copenhagen Trains
Copenhagen Central Station or as it is called in Danish Københavns Hovedbanegård (København H) is Denmark´s largest railway station. Copenhagen Station serves the common DSB S-Tog (S-Trains that operate in Hovedstades området / metropolitan area), Regional Trains and the Intercity Trains. The Copenhagen Metro is currently not connected to the Copenhagen Train Station but will be in around 2018 when the new City Circle Line is completed.
The present Copenhagen Train Station building was designed by Heinrich Wenck who was DSB´s (Dansk Statsbaner ( Danish State Railway) chief architect from 1894 to 1921. The station was completed on 01. December 1911.
The Copenhagen Central Station offers train passengers numerous smaller shops which include the 7-Eleven Kiosks, Postoffice, Subway Restaurant, a pub, Lagekagehuset etc. and of course a large ticket center which sells tickets for domestic and international rail. SJ (Swedish Railway) also offers a ticket office in the Copenhagen Central Station.

The sound: The Copenhagen Metro is very quiet and the recording you hear is where the train is standing still. That's why the recording you hear is so clean and crisp - and the sound is actually surprisingly good in the Copenhagen metro. We did this deliberately because we feel that a good sound experience is vital when trying to portray the actual experience that day. Further to the main recording, when the train was standing still, the recordings from the cameras was, as far as possible, mixed into the sound.
Quote from the sound technician: I recorded the sound with XY Oktava MK-012 supercardioid microphones close to the soloists and a set of DPA 4060 omnidirectional microphones as overhead for the rest of the orchestra. For some of the closeupshots, the cameramikes (Sennheiser ME 66) was added.

Nyhavn is a 17th-century waterfront, canal and entertainment district in Copenhagen, Denmark. Stretching from Kongens Nytorv to the harbour front just south of the Royal Playhouse, it is lined by brightly coloured 17th and early 18th century townhouses and bars, cafes and restaurants. The canal harbours many historical wooden ships.

Just behind the main railway station on the vibrant Vesterbrogade is KöD Vesterbro located. In addition to serving as a link between Vesterbro and inner Copenhagen, there are countless restaurants, cafés and bars on Vesterbrogade. At no. 33 KöD opened in April 2016, and has since been the favorite place for meat-hungry residents from Copenhagen as well as tourists.
As the name suggests they serve steaks from various carvings from Denmark, Uruguay, Australia, and the United States, served with homemade sauces and delicious side orders.

????Copenhagen City Walk - Slow TV - Summer 2019 - 4K 60fps (DJI Ronin SC)
Copenhagen, Denmark - One of the most livable cities on the planet, and also one with the most charming city centres. In this walk, I pass through several of the most famous and well-known landmarks of this wonderful city.
- The walk starts at Copenhagen Central Station (Københavns Hovedbanegård)
- Next, I pass the gorgeous amusement park Tivoli. I don't enter the park, but only pass it from the outside.
- Next stop is the City Hall Square (Copenhagen Radhuspladsen), A big square that's currently undergoing some major construction work, but you can still see some of the impressive buildings, including the City Hall itself.
- From there, I head to Strøget, a pedestrian shopping street, almost entirely devoid of cars. How I wish more cities had their major shopping districts designed like this!
- Kongens Nytorv (Kings New Square) is the next stop, another major square surrounded by impressive centuries-old buildings. The Square finally got its own Metro Stop earlier this year.
- Last stop - Nyhavn (New Harbor) where iconic colourful buildings next to a canal have become one of the most popular areas for alfresco drinks and dining.

This time, an external mic with a wind filter was used, so there should be a significant improvement in audio quality. But unfortunately, some of the wind filter enters the frame at a few points in the video. Sorry about that, it's difficult to shoot with an ultrawide lens like this... Let me know if you notice it, or if you have any further suggestions. Headphones are recommended for maximum immersion.

FERRY TRIP COPENHAGEN TO OSLO, NORWAY 2018
Welcome back! This time we took a ferry from Copenhagen to Oslo. That was two nights one day trip with a ferry which is going every day between the two cities. Ferry ride was extremely comfortable and quiet. Room clean and with everything you would need. On board you can find coffee shop, tax free shop, few bars and restaurants. There was also a deck area with outside bar, hot tubs and pool. Overall it was very nice and romantic experience.
Now few things about Oslo. We were there in June and it was very hot. Unusually high temperature (+30°C = 86°F) for this part of the world. We had 8 hours to explore the city. The city center is compact, so you can rich everything by foot. There are of course all kinds of transportation possibility (bus, metro, tram and etc.). We decided to visit few places. First stop was Akershus Fortress, very nice place, with the view of the city (free to walk around, entrance in fortress is 60 NOK = 7.5 USD). Next station was Rådhuset/City hall. Made completely out of brick, looks impressive from outside and inside (free entrance). Next was The Royal Palace, there is a lot to see (entrance 135 NOK = 16.5 USD). Our last stop was Oslo Opera House. Building is impressive from inside and out. It was built that way so you can, if you want, climb on the roof. To finish Oslo is a small great town to visit. If you are planning to visit all of the attractions you would need two or three full days for everything. Of course there is much more to see and explore. Like always give us a like and subscribe. Copenhagen walking tour from Vesterport S-Tog Station to the Tivoli Gardens - Copenhagen attractions
Walking from Vesterport Station (where our DSB S-Train / S-Tog has just arrived) to the Tivoli Gardens who are open for a short while in autumn to celebrate Halloween. Our walk starts on the DSB S-Train platform from where we proceed towards the main entrance / exit to the station where the 7-Eleven kiosk lies. 7-Eleven kiosks located at stations can sell tickets which can be used for trains and buses in the Copenhagen area.
Just outside the station we are met by a Danish Pølsevogn (sausage wagon) a must try for any tourist visiting Copenhagen. The main road outside Vesterport Station is called Ved Vesterport and one of the main buildings you notice straight away is the tall high rise hotel called Radison Blu Royal. We make our way down this road towards the bright and very colourful Palads Cinema Complex where to the right of that building you can also see the domed shaped Cirkus Bygning (Circus Building). We cross the road over to the Palads Biograf (Palads Cinema) where there is also a Danish Pølsevogn (sausage wagon). We then cross the road again and while we are crossing we can see that the IRMA store is just in front of us. We then make our way up Hammerichsgade all the way up to the Vesterbrogade Hammerichsgade intersection. While standing at the traffic lights viewers will notice the newly built glass Industri Huset with the tower to Københavns Rådhus (Copenhagen City Hall) sticking up above it. The tower visible to the left of Industri Huset is the tower belonging to the Scandic Palace Hotel which is located at Vester Voldgade right on Rådhuspladsen (City Hall Square). We then make our way over Vesterbrogade. The restaurant/bar located right in front of us is the Copenhagen Hard Rock Cafe. We then turn left down Vesterbrogade (if we carried on walking down Hammerichsgade we would pass Københavns Hovedbanegård (Copenhagen Central Station). We walk down Vesterbrogade until we reach the main entrance to the Tivoli Gards. The Tivoli Gardens are always open for a short while in Autumn to celebrate Halloween.

A Walk Up Nyhavn, Copenhagen, Denmark
Nyhavn ( New Harbour) is a 17th-century waterfront, canal and entertainment district in Copenhagen, Denmark. Stretching from Kongens Nytorv to the harbour front just south of the Royal Playhouse, it is lined by brightly coloured 17th and early 18th century townhouses and bars, cafes and restaurants. The canal harbours many historical wooden ships.
As ocean-going ships grew larger, Nyhavn was taken over by internal Danish small vessel freight traffic. After World War II land transport took over this role and small vessel traffic disappeared from the Port of Copenhagen, leaving Nyhavn largely deserted of ships.
In the mid-1960s, the Nyhavn Society was founded with the aim of revitalising the area. In 1977, Nyhavn was inaugurated as a veteran ship and museum harbour by Copenhagen’s Lord Mayor Egon Weidekamp. In 1980 Nyhavn quay was pedestrianised; it had been used as a parking area in the previous years which had coincided with a dwindling of harbour activities. Since then it has become a popular spot for tourists and locals alike, serving the function of a square according to architects Jan Gehl and Lars Gemzøe.
The northern side of Nyhavn is lined by brightly coloured townhouses built with wood, bricks, and plaster. The oldest house, at No. 9, dates from 1681.
Between 1845 and 1864, Hans Christian Andersen lived at No. 67, where a memorial plaque now stands. From 1871-1875 Andersen lived at Nyhavn 18, which currently houses an Andersen-themed souvenir shop.
The southern side of Nyhavn has lavish mansions lining the canal, including Charlottenborg Palace at the corner of Kongens Nytorv.
