Next to the cruiseship terminal lie 3 wrecks.... an 18th century French Frigate, and the remains of the Siemanstrand and the tug that it collided with around 20 years ago.
The maximum depth of the dive is 100 ft, with shallowest part being around 35 ft.

SCUBA diving Wreck of Purini, Mayruea - SVD
The Wreck of Purini is one of our favorite dives on the Saildives SVD itinerary. Located in Tobago Cays Marine Park, Mayruea, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. With over a hundred years of growth, the wreck is encrusted with corals, sponges, Zoanthids, gorgonians and a host of other marine animals as well as a variety of reef fish, eels, and crustations.
A rare solid yellow coney, close to a large Porcupinefish and a Pedersen shrimp jumping to capture food, and replayed in slow motion are some of the highlights.
This wreck is relatively shallow with a maximum depth of 40' so on this partly sunny day the colors brighten when full sun shines down.
Viz was 35' with a steady current that was none exisitant inside the hull or on the lee side. The divers ascend and decend on the line that the boat is moored to.

They all give their own account of what carnival is to them and why 2014 is going to be the most memorable year for decades.

Scuba Diving Saint Vincent and the Grenadines - What You'll see - Video 2.
This is my 2nd dive video from the St. Vincent Trip. St. Vincent isn't easy to get to. There are no direct flights from the US. You need to go first to Barbados or Trinidad, then catch a prop plane to St. Vincent. It's about a 40 minute flight. But leaving St. Vincent was delayed 8 hours do to assorted problems, including needing more gas than was available in St. Vincent.
But boy, was the diving in St Vincent worth the effort. We were diving in Bonaire which is my favorite spot. It's the shore diving capital of the world. Then we went on to St. Vincent. I wasn't sure what to expect. St. Vincent has wonderful robust reefs, awesome numbers of fish and lots to see and shoot. The boat never went more than 5-6 minutes from the hotel's beach and we saw awesome fish, a wreak and a bat cave. We saw grassy areas with lots of macro and walls full of life.
St. Vincent was really worth the effort.

Scuba diving in St Vincent. The video was shot in 2 dive sites in St Vincent. St Vincent is known for its muck diving and critters, but it also has some very healthy coral.
The sites dove in this video were typical muck sites. But as you can see it also has some very healthy corals. There are sites with more reef such as the wall site.
