TURKEY: Alanya harbour & eastern beach [HD]
On the eastern side of Alanya city is the harbour, where boats leave for tours to caves or scuba diving. The eastern (Keykubat) beach stretches out 8 km from the harbour.
Alanya is a beach resort city on the southern coast of Turkey.

The pretty harbour at Alanya - lined with 'Pirate' ships ready to take tourists on a cruise around the headland. This historic city dates back to the fourth century B.C. and the harbour is an attractive and bustling area. The Call to Prayer can be heard in the background.

Discovering Turkey | Day 2 - Visitig hotels - Alanya harbour - Boat party & belly dancing
We stared our day by visiting some hotels in Alanya, then took a walk in the harbour.
In the evening we left our hotel at 8 PM and enjoyed the rest of the night on a party boat, sailing on Manavgat river.
Later a gorgeous belly dancer, Kassandra, entertained us.

WE LOVE ALANYA - ALANYA HARBOUR'S STREET ENTERTAINMENT
In the middle of a hot summer there is nothing better than to wander around Alanya Harbour in the night.
You don't need bags of money in your pocket, of course, you can spend money if you really want to.
Alanya is a wonderful place where you can enjoy an evening out with just a few lira for parking and be entertained all evening with the everything that goes on, stunning lights and fantastic atmosphere.
What is free for everyone to enjoy?
Watch all the beautiful tour boats, lit in a million lights, making their way in and out of the harbour taking tourists on night sails on inky seas.
Enjoy watching others experiencing street entertainment such as the virtual reality machines, we could have stayed there all night watching.
Watch the crowds react when the street entertainers move after someone puts money in their hat. No matter what language you speak there is no need for translation!
Sit by the hypnotic multi coloured fountains and watch the world go by
Watch the 'would be' knock out champions of the world on the boxing punch machines.
Admire the brightly coloured fishing boats and rinkas. Walk over to the lighthouse and view the harbour from another angle. Watch the fisherman or maybe add a lock to the chain fence there to show your love for someone.
Spend time explaining to the boat tour operators why you don't want a boat trip today - that could while away a good few hours with their pleasant banter and genuine interest in you, and where you are from.
What if you get hungry? Well most people can find 5 lira to enjoy a delicious corn on the cob from one of the street food vendors. There were fresh muscles and fresh vitamen juice bars, all selling at a reasonable price.
We were shocked to realise the time was 01.00 before we were finished walking around, by which time the clubs were open and attracting new visitors who presumably will stay until dawn.
Thats why they say , Alanya is the city that never sleeps!!!

We are Americans and lived in various parts of Turkey this is Alanya,Turkey about 5 minutes from the sea.Went for a walk one evening and saw this view of the harbor and castle and listed to the locals drumming away it was very nice.I love all kinds of Turkish music.

This recording starts at the lighthouse pier, a little before Iskele, next to the cruise pier and from there I walk along all boats in the harbor towards the boat rental of Liman at the other end of the harbor.
