New Las Vegas Community: The Cliffs at Summerlin
The Cliffs is Summerlin’s newest village in the master planned community. When completed it will feature 1,700 homes in 11 neighborhoods on 450 acres of land. The Cliffs is located at the southern tip of the Summerlin community near Patrick Lane and Hualapai.
About 25% of the 450 acres is going to be reserved for one specific neighborhood called Regency-an age-restricted community.
The Cliffs is village number 20 out of 31 total villages that are planned for the future of Summerlin. It is called The Cliffs because the community is being built at the ridgeline at the base of a 600 foot tall mountain!

Home Invasion Suspects In Summerlin Las Vegas Nevada
Attempted Home Invasion by Moonlit Rain and Australian Cloud. Suspect's are described as two heavy set women dirty looking, one African American with red hair 2nd suspect heavy set Oriental.
They rang doorbell repeatedly then left then two black males jumped locked gate and started prying on back door.
Homeowner surprised them by yelling at them then they ran. Males description both are African American both where wearing blue jeans with a black hoody 5ft 10 dirty appearance. Call police if you see them.
Cash reward for arrest and conviction of all four suspects
