#Busan sits on the Korean Peninsula’s southern coastline, just a short flight from Asian capitals like Beijing and Tokyo.
Busan’s coastline offers scenery to match your every mood. Just a 40-minute subway ride from Busan Station is the city’s star attraction, Haeundae Beach. Seeking a little enlightenment? Make a wish at Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, one of the few temples in Korea built by the ocean. While Busan’s story has been shaped by the sea, it’s a city equally defined by its mountains. On Mt Cheonma, hike to the observation platform to see “Dynamic Busan” spread out before you.
The colorful village of Gamcheon is symbolic of Busan’s new-found creative energy. The residents of Gamcheon transformed their neighborhood into one of the city’s top tourist #attractions. This creativity is echoed in Busan’s word-class museums, galleries and festivals.
Welcome to Busan, a feast for all the senses, and the soul.
For now, we hope you enjoy watching this #travel #guide as much as we enjoyed making it.

You Need To Visit Busan in South Korea | Everything to See & Do
To end our time here in South Korea we have made our way down to the bottom of the country to explore Busan - this is everything we got up to during our 24 hour stay!
After leaving Gyeongju and jumping on the high speed train we arrived in the city of Busan. After transferring via metro to our hotel on the beach in Haeundae (I think it's pronounced like the car company) we headed out to explore.
First stop the water temple of Haedong Yonggungsa Temple which was super unique due to it's location on the east / Japan sea. We then headed out to Igidae Park to stroll across to the Orukdo Skywalk to see the 5 or 6 islands.
After our stomachs got a bit hungry from the walk we headed to the Jagalchi Fish market to have some tasty Sushimi before ending our day at the Busan Tower to get some views of the old town.
In the morning we reflected on our time here in Korea before heading off to our most requested country of all time...

►Google Maps:
►Naver Maps:
[Naver Maps] is very useful in South Korea.
Busan (Korean pronunciation: [pusan]), formerly romanized as Pusan and now officially Busan Metropolitan City, is South Korea's second most-populous city after Seoul, with a population of over 3.5 million inhabitants.[3] It is the economic, cultural and educational center of southeastern South Korea, with its port—Korea's busiest and the fifth-busiest in the world [a]—only about 190 kilometers (120 mi) from the Japanese islands of Kyushu and Honshu. The surrounding Southeast Economic Zone (including Ulsan and South Gyeongsang) is South Korea's largest industrial area.
Busan is divided into 15 major administrative districts and a single county, together housing a population of approximately 3.6 million. The full metropolitan area, the Southeastern Maritime Industrial Region, has a population of approximately 8 million.[5] The most densely built-up areas of the city are situated in a number of narrow valleys between the Nakdong and the Suyeong Rivers, with mountains separating most of the districts. The Nakdong is Korea's longest river and Busan's Haeundae Beach is also the country's largest.
Busan is a center for international conventions, hosting APEC in 2005. It is also a center for sports tournaments in Korea, having hosted the 2002 Asian Games and FIFA World Cup. It is home to the world's largest department store, the Shinsegae Centum City.[6] Busan was added to the UNESCO Creative Cities Network as a City of Film in December 2014.
Busan Station is a train station in Busan,[1] southeast South Korea, and the southern terminus of the Gyeongbu Line, the most important railway line in the country, which links Busan with Seoul in just under three hours,[2][3] using the KTX line (Korea's high-speed rail system).

Take me to Busan - 12 HOURS IN BUSAN
Our one-day trip in Busan!
We woke up at 4:30AM and reached Seoul Station at around 5AM.
Purchased our Korail Passes on -
Save down the details to your e-ticket! You have to print it out, if you don't own a printer, there is a printing machine at Seoul Station near the information counter.
There is no way to transfer files to print on that computer, you have to sign in to your email and print it out there.
Anyway, after printing, go to the information counter to get your Korail Pass, which you can use it to get the train tickets at the ticketing counter~
So we got our tickets to Busan (7:30AM) and you need to make sure to reach at least 10min before the train departs 'cause it leaves right on time and you need some time allowance to find your seat.
So anyway here's our itinerary for one-day trip in Busan!
We didn't have to rush around and was quite chill during the trip haha.
Busan Station (KTX stops here from Seoul)
- Taejongdae
From Busan Station - Find the bus stop opposite Busan Station, cross the road, it should be down the street.
Take Bus 88 or 101 (it ends at Taejongdae).
- Jagalchi Market / Gukje Market / BIFF Square (They are all at the same area)
From Taejongdae - Take bus from terminal to Nampo Station (nearest station)
Take the metro from Nampo Station to Jagalchi Station.
Exit 7 to Jagalchi Station!
- Gamcheon Culture Village
Take metro to Toseong Station (anyway all these stations are at the same line, line 1)
From Toseong Station, Exit 6, upon exit, walk, right turn, then walk straight all the way till you see hospital on your right.
Take Bus 2 or Bus 2-2 and stop right at Gamcheon Culture Village!
From Gamcheon Culture Village, just take a bus to Toseong Station again, and then metro to Busan Station if you are heading back to Seoul by KTX~~~
That's my itinerary of the day!!!
It wasn't a rush for us and we managed to visit most of the places that we wanted to check out in Busan. For a day, that's pretty good HAHAHA.
Thanks for watching and I hope this helps!!! ^_^

Bursting with mountains and beaches, hot springs and seafood, South Korea’s second-largest city is a rollicking port town with tonnes to offer. From casual tent bars and chic designer cafes to fish markets teeming with every species imaginable, Busan has something for all tastes. Rugged mountain ranges criss-crossing the city define the urban landscape, while events such as the Busan International Film Festival underscore the city’s desire to be a global meeting place. Note that Busan is within the boundaries of Gyeongsangnam-do but is a separate administrative unit with its own telephone area code.

Hey Everyone!
Location: Busan, South Korea
Today I am venturing out for my first look at Busan, Korea! I was really excited to get here as Korea winter can be tough especially in places like Seoul. Because this city is at the furthest south of the Korean peninsula, it was much warmer!
Today we’ll be heading to Gukje Market and the Busan International Film Festival Square. There is lots of yummy Korean street food and great Korean shopping streets! Super excited!
Hope you enjoy this Korea Vlog! Thanks for watching!
