Trail's End Exclusive Preview
90zChild Entertainment proudly presents a eight and a half minute exclusive of a Missouri western: Trail's End is the story of a couple farm boys, Otto (Scott Abney) and Angus Williams (Jackson Parkhurst), who get caught up in the outlaw world that they are not ready for. Their journey from Moberly, through Blackwater is being vigorously tailed by Heck Valentine (Zach Scott Crooker) who is chasing them for not only business, but a personal vendetta. Along the trail, Heck finds a love interest, Nellie (Krista Otremba) and comes across an old friend, now enemy, Heliodoro (David Lopez) with his new associate Luke Ellis (Luke Simmons). Everyone concludes in Sedalia, Trail's End.

Quick walk around Sedalia, Missouri. This is the town where the Missouri State Fair is held every year.
The sign at the entrance of the courthouse reads as follows:
'Pettis County Courthouse 415 S. Ohio
•1864: Sedalia designated county seat.
•1885: $100,000 courthouse completed.
•1920: Destroyed by fire.
•1925: Present $350,000 courthouse completed.
•1926: Doughboy memorial dedicated, now honoring WWI, WW2, Korean, and Vietnam War casualties.
•2010: Veterans Memorial Walk of Honor dedicated.
•2012: Pettis County Courthouse Columns dedicated.'

Katy Trail 2011
Biking the Katy Trail from Sedalia, Mo to Jefferson City, MO over Memorial Weekend. We stayed in Rocheport at the Dormitory at School House B + B and enjoyed Les Bourgeois Winery. We even got a little crazy and made a spontaneous trip to Shakespeare's Pizza in Columbia. I highly recommend all of it.
Rolling into Jefferson City, MO to Amtrak. Hills!!!

I rode a bike 15 miles today on the Lewis
Clark, or Katy Trail next to the Missouri River at Rocheport, Missouri, visited Les Bourgeois winery overlooking the same river. A beautiful day in the great American Midwest, perfect temperatures, and I am super happy to say not one mosquito anywhere on today's journey.

Arrow Rock
At the Arrow Rock State Park entrance stands this pioneer town as a memorial to the Boon's Lick Country and the expanding frontier. In the 24-acre park are Arrow Rock Tavern, built by Joseph Huston, ca. 1834, for travelers on the Sante Fe Trail, restored and operated as a museum and inn by the state society of D.A.R and the state of Missouri; Arrow Rock Academy museum, a former girls' school, chartered 1843: a one-man jail; the state-restored George C. Bingham House; and other sites.
Southwest of town are Sappington and Arrow Rock cemeteries; Sappington and Marmaduke houses; Nathaniel B. Tucker home, Ardmore; site of Thomas A. Smith's prarie farm, experiment. Some 12 miles southeast is grave of fur trader William H. Ashley, Missouri's first lieutenant governor. Across the river is Boon's Lick, where Daniel Boone's sons boiled salt probably as early as 1807.
Near town lived Doctor John Sappington, noted for his Anti-Fever (quinine) Pills, author first medical book west of Mississippi, founder of Sappington School Fund; and Governors M.M. and John S. Marmaduke and C.F. Jackson.

Trip to Kansas City 2014 | 8 of 9 | Old U.S. 65 @ I-70 to MO 41 @ U.S. 24
This segment has us exploring that old bridge we crossed in the last video. Back on the road again we'll get back onto U.S. 65 and then depart it again to explore the old route (my first time on it) and discover another, cooler bridge! We'll explore it, then we'll stay on Old U.S 65 to see what time can do to a well build highway. Then we head back over to U.S. 65 and enter Marshall. I'll filler' up, then tour the City. After crossing the MO 41/240/Bus. U.S. 65 intersection, the same one we crossed the other way in route to KC, he head down MO Route 41 to Miami to cross the Missouri River. The segment ends at the end of Route 41 at U.S. 24.

WHITE RIVER NATIONAL FOREST COLORADO
June 20, 2013. High definition [HD] video footage, White River National Forest in Colorado, United States of America. At a rest area off of I-70, I stopped for about an hour to look over this beautiful place in the state of Colorado. Nice shade trees, nature, canoes and rafts going down the river, railroad trains.
