Summer in Vienna can get pretty hot so there are plenty of big open bars and clubs where people can party the night away under the stars. This Is Why You Need To Visit Vienna
We honestly almost didn't come to Vienna.. we have close friends that had backpacked Europe the summer before telling us that it wasn't a very exciting city. I totally disagree with this... Vienna to me is a mixture of a German town, with Parisian aspects, and an Eastern European charm. I really wish we could have extrended our stay in Vienna but it wasnt meant to be. This is why you need to visit Vienna!

Wow! I booked my hostel in the Vienna gay Village!Vienna #2 22/Sept/2016
Just woke up again in my 8 bed room in Vienna. What I surprisingly discovered is that I am in the gay village of the city! I wanted to see more but it was only Thursday. I end my afternoon with a delicious cliché: Sacher Torte and Melange.

Our week-end in Vienna !
I especially loved visiting the National Library.
I'd really recommend as well the view from the top of the cathedral. Entrance costs 5 euros, then you have to go up 314 steps in a very very narrow staircase to the top ! not the easiest thing but the view is worth it ! :)
I would also recommend Cafe central, though the line is always long, rotation is pretty fast. It's definitely better than the Klimt Cafe where the service and drinks were quite poor.
We were staying in family run hotel called Hotel Lucia, we loved it !
For our first lunch we ate at a place called Limoni's, lots of locals have lunch there and it's really really good ! I could find a few vegetarian options on the menu. For dinner we ate in a pub where I could find some local vegetarian dishes as well.
DAY 8: First night in Vienna Austria ????????
DAY 8: I catch the train fro Budapest to Vienna, have a look around Ringstrasse and go out at night to the Travel Shack. Met some cool Austrians and played a game which I hadn't seen for a long time. Yes I was useless at it.

A Walk Across Vienna | Trekking in Vienna | Vienna City Tour (in Hindi) - Part 3/3
In this third part of my Vienna city tour (in Hindi) we took a walk across Vienna to explore some of the beautiful Vienna architecture that are among the best places to visit in Vienna. We also did some trekking in Vienna to reach up to the city's highest point.
PS: Vienna is declared as the most livable city in the world 8th time in a row :)
