The Sukhumvit Road starting in Bangkok / Thailand is an important road for Bangkok and the coast area.
We start this walk at the first lane at Soi 1 and go up to Soi 63 (Ekkamai).
The Sukhumvit are of Bangkok has no traditional tourist sights yet show a more moder character of the city. There are luxury hotels, air-conditioned shopping malls mixed with restaurants and nightlife.
Many of the Sois have a different character where we'll explore some lanes in particular. There is Soi 4 which houses Nana Plaza, Soi 10 with nightclubs and further up malls like Terminal 21, then Asok and so on.

Bangkok, Thailand Travel Guide: Grand Palace, Chao Phraya River, Wat Pho Tour + AMAZING Thai Food
This is our city guide and a full-day tour of Bangkok during our Thailand Trip. Most of Bangkok's notable historical and cultural sites can be seen in a day or two. We partnered with Thai Tour Guide in a six-hour tour of the city that included the Grand Palace, a private long-boat ride on the Chao Phraya River, Wat Pho and a tasty Thai food lunch.
Our tour guide, Joy and a driver picked us up in a large van to transport us the different sites in a stress-free manner. First, we head to, The Grand Palace, the cities most famous landmark. It is a complex of buildings and has been the official residence of the Kings of Siam since 1782. Most tourists come to see Wat Phra Kaew, which houses the famous 14th century Emerald Buddha. This is Thailand's most sacred site, and out of respect, men and women, must wear long pants and shirts with sleeves. Young children are exempt from this rule.
After touring the Grand Palace, we head to the pier close by to take a long-tail boat cruise on the Chao Phraya River. Before boarding, our private boat we pick up delicious Thai ice tea, coffee, and some traditional Thai sweets. The ride from the long-tail boasts beautiful views of the Grand Palace and city skyline before heading to the traditional canals.
After the ride, we grab a quick lunch at the Krua Khun Kung at the Navy Club of Bangkok. Some of the highlights of the meal include a huge mango smoothie, Tom Yong Goong soup, and squid with salty egg.
We then make our way in the air-conditioned van to Wat Pho (Wat Po or The Temple of The Reclining Buddha), a Buddhist temple complex south of the Grand Palace. A must for any first-time visitor to Bangkok, it is famed for its giant reclining Buddha that measures 46 meters long and is completely covered in gold leaf.
The tour also included a visit to Bangkok's Flower Market, but by this time our two batteries were drained from the filming. The market is not be missed either and gives you a glimpse of the importance of flowers in Thai culture.

Hello Everyone!
This video is a 1 Day Bangkok City Tour
I booked a taxi for the whole day trip, (which cost around USD 50,00)
and we drove to 6 locations.
1st. Stop
Maeklong Railway Market
(About one hours from central Bangkok)
2nd. Stop
Darmnoen Saduak Floating Market
(another hour to get to from the Railway Market)
3rd. Stop
Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall
Beautiful Palace!
But ladies must wear long skirt, and cover their shoulders. Guys need to wear long shorts or pants.
All your belongings must stay locked out side on a designated lockers. You can only take your wallet inside.
If by any chance you are not wearing skirt you can buy it a simple black one outside for not more than USD 5,00.

Grand Palace
(Book at least two hours of your day to spend here, you'll not regret it! There is so much to see, it's a magical place!)
Again you have to dress appropriated, long skirt for girls, must cover your shoulders, and guys must wear long pants.

The best time to visit this market its from 1:00 am. But if you can't be bother to see flowers that early, you can still go during the day (like it did) there is plenty of beautiful flowers and arrangements to see!
The entrance for most Temples and Palaces are very cheap. The most expensive thing on my day tour was the boat on the floating market, around USD 70.00.
In total, with my taxi fare for the whole day I spent around USD 150.00.
I highly recommend the 6 locations I went to.
My three favorites were the Railway Market (cause it's so unusual).
The floating Market (cause it's quiet the experience).
And The Grand Palace it's a must go, it's so magical inside, I don't think anyone regrets visiting it!
Before I went I was a little concern if it was safe for a girl to do this kind of tour alone (since I was going to quiet far away locations) but it was totally fine. Not for a moment I felt unsafe!
My driver was extremely nice, very helpful, and with a fair price!
For every location he would drop me off and pick me up at the same place, in 1 hour, or 1 hour and half. I end up giving him a big tip cause I had such a wonderful time and it's big part thanks to him! I would definitely contact him in future trips to Thailand! Cause you know... no ones go to Thailand only once... that place is Magical!!!

Siam Paragon includes a range of speciality stores and restaurants as well as a multiplex (15 large screen cinemas), the Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World aquarium, an exhibition hall, the Thai Art Gallery, and an opera concert hall. Walking around KHAOSAN ROAD / BANGKOK (Thailand) - 4K 60fps (UHD)
The infamous Khao San Road in Bangkok / Thailand is the starting point for many backpackers on their South East Asia trip. It gets louder and wilder after sundown where more travelers and locals grab one or more drinks in some of the many bars here.
We start this evening walk at the beginning of Khao San Road, walk it the whole length and then enter some side streets on our way back. The whole tourist district is easily walkable with countless shops and street food stalls.
We end this walk near the Phra Sumen Fort looking at the river. The walk gives a good impression of a regular weekday's afternoon in almost low season around the Khao San Road area.

Grand Palace BANGKOK - All you need to know before you visit #livelovethailand
In today’s V-log we are going to visit Grand palace & Wat Pho, the number one must visit places in Bangkok Thailand, our Main points in this V-log will be to cover all the hidden things you have to know before you visit this amazing places, from the entry fee, to dress code, and all the scams you have to avoid so let’s put our hats on, take our cameras and do this v-log together.
We arrived to Grand palace by boat taxi and took a tuk tuk to the main gate, we tried to enter but it was forbidden, since we have to follow the line opposite the grand place that leads back to the main Entrance. So we did exactly what we have do and followed the crowd.
One of the scams that you can face while you are visiting Grand palace is that the tuk tuk or taxi driver will tell you that the palace is closed for certain time and he could offer you a ride to another place or temple. Avoid those scams by following the signs or the crowds.
So we were at the main gate this time from the right place to enter but as usual crowded with Asian tourists so we had to move slowly.
The dress code to grand palace and wat poa is not to wear shorts or skirts, but long pants only, once you enter the palace and you are wearing shorts or skirts they will make you barrow long pants for 100 to 200 bath and you can get back the money once you return them back while you are leaving. So kind of good solution from the palace management.
So we bought the thickets that is included also wat Pho entrance for 500 Thai Bath, and walked to the gate after check up to enter this amazing touristic site.
And finally we were inside and time to amaze our eyes with History culture and amazing architecture,
So we started our walk to check some walls that were painted to tell us the story of Siam trying to understand some facts before heading to the surrounding temples.
After we head to check the golden temples around and take some pictures and enjoy the view of the palace from some higher grounds.
Well even the weather is cloudy or rainy, always put a hat or take an umbrella with you to avoid the sun heat and a bottle of water to avoid dehydration, you will be walking to much in an open space, and you don’t want to spend the rest of the day in your hotel room suffering from headache.
After that we entered the temple of emerald Buddha, the filming inside is forbidden so always check for the signs at the entry of each temple before you start filming.
So once again we enjoyed every detail around us and tried to film some of the walls and statues.
We were still inside the grand palace heading to the new palace before we go to Wat pho the reclining Buddha.
And this was the white palace with modern style and amazing updated architecture.
We took some shots here before heading to our final destination in today’s tour Wat pho that is reachable by walking 5 min from the palace.
And we were at Wat Pho as you see the opening hours of those temples are from 8.30 in the morning till 6.30 in the afternoon so avoid all the scams about the misleading hours.
Same rules goes for here from the dress code etc. you will be granted a bottle of water at the entrance the bon is attached to your thicket to redeem it.
Another check inn and we were at Wat Pho.
you have to remove your shoes before entering any temple as you will see now and put your shoes in a bag and carry it with you and wear it back once you are outside the temple
Once you enter to the reclining Buddha try to walk to the end and to take pictures because you will avoid the crowds and you will have better shots from that spots.
This a beautiful fountain outside Wat Pho Temple, and with some golden fishes inside the pound.
So this was the end of our V-log follow the guided rules and signs and you will have a wonderful day

Your stay in Bangkok wouldn't be complete without visiting the Grand Palace. Entrance fee for foreign tourists will cost 500 Thai baht. Bear in mind that a dress code is strictly enforced. Men must wear long pants, sleeved shirts and shoes. Women must wear long skirts. Any revealing clothes are not allowed. Inside this beautiful palace complex, you while find numerous spectacular buildings that highlight the artistry and craftsmanship of the Thai people. This includes the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, which is considered one of the most important Buddhist temples in Thailand. To avoid large crowds and tour groups, we recommend you get there before 9 o'clock in the morning.

Wat Pho is one of Bangkok's most attractive temples and is just a short walk from the Grand Palace. This temple houses the famous giant reclining Buddha, which is 151 feet long and 49 feet tall. The soles of the feet are 15 feet long. It is meticulously inlaid with mother-of-pearl. Entrance fee for foreign tourists is 200 baht. And as with other temples in the city, visitors must wear appropriate clothing.
Wat Arun
Another Buddhist temple in Bangkok is Wat Arun. It is almost opposite of Wat Pho where in a shuttle boat can take you to this place. Its nickname is Temple of the Dawn. It is a Khmer-style temple with four prangs and one larger one in the middle. Its design is actually a thousand pieces of chinese porecelain, seashells and tiny pieces of colored glass. Entry for foreign tourists is 50 baht or 1.65 US dollars.
Muay Thai
Known as the “art of eight limbs”, Muay Thai is a combat sport that uses a combination of fists, elbows, knees and shins. Developed over several hundreds of years, this is the national sport of Thailand. Fights are held at Rajadamnern Stadium, which is one of the oldest and most popular boxing stadiums in the country.
Chao Phraya
The Chao Phraya River is the most important waterway in Thailand. Some of Bangkok’s most iconic landmarks, such as the Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun, are accessible from various points along this river. Thousands of locals and tourists use ferries and boats to travel along the river each day.

Bangkok is arguably one of the most popular shopping hubs in Asia. From high-end shopping malls to night bazaars… from luxury items to bargain shopping… there is surely something for everyone. Tourists can enjoy the benefits of discount cards in various malls around the city, and can also enjoy a VAT refund on goods purchased from participating stores.
