Complete Routine of Shaolin Yi Jin Jing 易筋經 performed by Shi Heng Yi 释恒義 and students in June 2017 at the Shaolin Temple Europe 歐洲少林寺 located in Otterberg / Kaiserslautern in Germany.
Shaolin Yi Jin Jing can be translated as Muscle & Tendon Change / Transformation Excercises.
It consists of 12 excercises aiming in the development of strong and flexible muscles and tendons:

1) Wei Tuo Presenting The Pestle (Front)
2) Wei Tuo Presenting The Pestle (Side)
3) Wei Tuo Presenting The Pestle (Top)
4) Plucking Stars On Each Side

It belongs to the classic repertoire of Qi Gong exercises in the Shaolin Arts around the globe. Together with the 8 brocades (Ba Duan Jin) and the meditative circular movements (Chan Yuan Gong) it gives a strong foundation to complete all martial exercises.

Chinese Graffiti Defaces Egyptian Temple (China in the News) | Learn Chinese Now
hi guys, so one hotly discussed piece of news in China over the last couple of days is this picture.
When you visit a 3,000-year-old temple in Egypt, or Ai Ji [埃及 Āi jí
Egypt]you probably wouldn't expect to see these Chinese characters etched into the stone.
The characters, say Ding Jinhao Dao Ci Yi You. [丁錦昊到此一游 Dīng Jǐnhāo dào cǐ yì yóu Ding Jinhao was here]And they were scratched into stone at the Luxor Temple.
So, is this new evidence that Zhong Guoren [中國人 Zhōngguó rén Chinese people] were hanging out with Ai Ji Ren [埃及 Āijí rén Egyptians] thousands of years ago?
Well, not quite. These words actually mean Ding Jinhao was here
Ding Jinhao is the name of a Mainland Chinese tourist or Lu Ke [旅客 Lǜkè Tourist] And Dao Ci Yi You means was here
Dao is arrived [到 Dào arrive]
Ci is here [此 Cǐ here]
Yi is one [一 Yī one]
You is trip. [游 Yóu trip]
So what we're seeing isn't archeological wonderment. It's an example of Lu Ke behaving badly (we could show the pic of the Chinese official going nuts at the airport)
But, carving Dao Ci Yi You to say you've been to somewhere isn't new. This actually comes from one of the Chinese literary classics, Xi You Ji [西遊記 Xīyóujì Journey to the West] -- or Journey to the West -- when it was made into a TV series in the 80s.
You see, Sun Wukong, [孫悟空 Sūn Wùkōng The Monkey King] the monkey king, was so sure of his abilities, he made a bet with Ru Lai Fo [如來佛 Rúlái fó Buddha Tathagata], or Buddha Tathagata that he would be able to escape the Buddha's palm. With a giant flip, Sun Wukong saw five stones in front of him, and thought, this has to be the edge of heaven, so he wrote, Sun Wukong Dao Ci Yi You [孫悟空到此一游 Sūn Wùkōng dàocǐ yìyóu] or, the Monkey King was here. He also, uh, did his business on the rock.
Then, he did another flip to go back to gloat to Ru Lai Fo, but lo and behold, what he thought were rocks, were actually, Ru Lai Fo's five fingers.
So the story was really about teaching Sun Wukong to be humble, but Chinese viewers learned their own lesson -- what a great way to make sure everyone knows that you've been somewhere, and thus so and so Dao Ci Yi You has been written around the world by misbehaving Lu Ke. This was etched on a brass tub at the Beijing Palace Museum earlier this year -- Liang Qiqi Dao Ci Yi You.
So back to this Ding Jinhao, he wanted everyone to know he's been to Ai Ji, well now everyone knows, but no one is impressed.
Another Chinese Lu Ke who visited the Luxu Temple took a photo of what Ding left behind. He posted it on his Wei Bo account -- the Chinese version of Twitter. He says seeing these seven characters was, quote, the saddest and most shameful moment that he had in Ai Ji.
The picture has since gone viral on Wei Bo, with outraged Wang Min (or Netizens) [網民 Wǎngmín Netizens] hunting down this Ding Jinhao. They discovered that he was a 15-year-old boy from Nan Jing. He now has instant notoriety, and his parents were forced to apologized on his behalf, and ask everyone to please leave him alone.
This whole thing has also set off a heated debate amongst Chinese people, about how some of their fellow countrymen really should be mindful about their image, overseas.

The TV show was adopted from one of the Four Great Classical Novels of Chinese literature, telling the story about a monk making a trip to the Western regions, escorted by his three disciples, including the Monkey, the Pig and Friar Sand.
