The Crystal Meth Epidemic Plaguing Fresno
Fresno is experiencing a meth epidemic.
Located in California’s Central Valley, the city is a hub for many major highways and is surrounded by vast farmlands. And while now, most meth is smuggled from Mexico, the valley was once an ideal location for meth manufacturing labs in the 1990's.
Today, methamphetamine is the number one threat for the Central Valley Drug Task Force, and, because latinos make up half of Fresno's population, they are also being affecting by this epidemic.
VICE's Paola Ramos traveled to Fresno to explore the history, factors and the ongoing relationship between the Latino community and methamphetamine use.

Worcester: Midtown Mall Tour, by Request
By many requests, here is a quick tour of the Midtown Mall, just a block away from the former Galleria/Fashion Outlets Mall (now City Square), Worcester, Massachusetts.
They did try to make it look very nice, trying to give it that outdoor feel, with the fake rooflines. None of the stores are the big chains, rather, Mom and Pop.
There was one spot where audio was muted, due to strong copyrighted music in the background, and yes, I do actually repeat that they tried to make this place look nice, in the original audio. That's not a goof on the dubbing.
Since we couldn't get to the 2nd floor right off (people hanging around the staircase), we look at the basement next, then take the long trip back to show it last.

One doesn’t generally associate castles with America, but not only does the United States have its fair share, some of those it does have are abandoned. Stories of hauntings surround these derelict castles, which have little to no hope for renovation. Every castle on this list has had death associated with it, so we wouldn’t suggest an overnight stay.

Portage is a city in Kalamazoo County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 46,292 in the 2010 census. It is the smaller of the two main cities included in the Kalamazoo-Portage Metropolitan Statistical Area, which has a population of 326,589 as of 2010.
Portage is adjacent to the southern boundary of the City of Kalamazoo. The city was incorporated from the entirety of the former Portage Township on December 31, 1963.
There are two public high schools in Portage, Portage Central and Portage Northern, along with three middle schools and eight elementary schools. In 2015, voters approved $144 million in bonds to go towards the school system. This money paid for two new middle schools and two new football stadiums, along with many other things like buses and swimming pools. The pharmaceutical company Pfizer also has manufacturing operations located there, which in recent years has caused much controversy due to layoffs. Stryker Corporation also has a large manufacturing presence in the city and is a worldwide leader in medical equipment, instruments and imaging technologies. Portage is also home to FEMA Corporation, a growing hydraulic valve manufacturing company.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 35.17 square miles (91.09 km2), of which 32.23 square miles (83.48 km2) is land and 2.94 square miles (7.61 km2) is water. Source: WIkipedia

DJI Phantom 3 4k Burlington Bristol bridge
The Burlington–Bristol Bridge is a truss bridge with a lift span crossing the Delaware River from Burlington, New Jersey to Bristol Township, Pennsylvania in the United States. Construction of the bridge started on April 1, 1930, and the bridge opened to traffic on May 2, 1931.[1] The bridge carries NJ 413 and PA 413.
The two-lane bridge has a total length of 2,301 feet (701 m), and is operated by the Burlington County Bridge Commission.[1] The lift span is 540 feet (164.6 m) long.[2]
The center span is lifted by the action of two large concrete slabs of slightly greater weight than the lifted span, which block traffic when fully down. They are set in downwards motion to lift the bridge by a very slight action of the motors, as gravity does the rest.
A municipal garage is located underneath the rising road after the tollbooth. During times when the bridge is up for a boat passing underneath, large traffic backups are created on Keim Boulevard, the road that functions as the route to the bridge from U.S. Route 130 and Broad Street.
The tollbooths are equipped with E-ZPass and the toll — $2.00 for cars — is paid by those cars going north to the Pennsylvania side.[3]
New bridges for the site have been proposed, but most would require the access ramp to extend out to Route 130, which would result in the destruction of historic buildings, as well as the large industrial park near the bridge.[

The former Vesicol Chemical plant site in St. Louis, Michigan.
The Vesicol Chemical Corporation (now bankrupt) left behind a lot of pollution here. It's going to cost taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars to clean it up. The polluted sediment of the Pine River was dredged out by the EPA for around $100 million.

GOOD MORNING AMERICA'S HOMEPAGE:
Exploring an Abandoned House @ The End of a Long Driveway Whitby, Ontario
When I hopped the fence to walk into this property, I could not have know the very overgrown driveway was so long. Google Earth did not do it justice.
When I finally arrived at the house my initial reaction was this house was small and bland. A few interesting things around the property, but the house itself left me wanting. After entering the house, I immediately had a change of heart. Time has taken its toll with collapsed roofs and ceiling, a rotted deck on the back, spider webs all over the basement, it was like this place was dieing right in front of my eyes. It appears to have been a business in its final days, serving as an office space for what I think was a landscape company. The house was larger than I thought from the outside, with lots of obstacles to traverse.
Now the one thing that has made me feel so excited about posting this explore, and yet so very creeped out was the fact that this place was covered in dust, it was everywhere. In the kitchen on a chair was the handprint of a child(maybe 3 years old) in the dust. It was a clear as day. What the hell was that doing there? Even after I left the house I went back to look at it again to confirm it wasn't an animal print. I have no idea how that could get there or why that single handprint in the dust existed. But it was weird, and I love finding weird things!
