Very Soon / New Photo Shoot / Shoes - SYMONE / MYLF / ELLA / HYL / CUTY / GREY
Last 13rd July, we went to studio to have our first editorial, thinking specially on the next autumn and winter.
Surrounded by great and nice professionals, we all arrived by 12 o'clock to prepare the session.
We start to adjust the background and then we gently matched the outfit along the table ... The hairstylist and the make up went to the dressing room to outstand the model beauty...
One hour later, we were ready to start.
We shoot in two different scenarios and we used about twelve outfits for the six shoe models.

Paris in Spring Workshop 2014 with Serge Ramelli
This spring, I have the pleasure to lead a small group of photographers on a photographic tour of Paris, my home. I have been shooting in Paris for over ten years. In that time I have found some of the most beautiful locations. These are not spots you will find in any guidebook, but I will share them with you.
If you've never been to Paris, you will be overwhelmed with its beauty and the stunning opportunities for photographs at every turn. If you've been to Paris before, I can turn you into an insider.
I hope you can join this photographer's workshop in Paris. We will be dining in some of the best restaurants in the world, the previous haunts of Picasso, Modigliani, Hemingway, Fitzgerald. And we will stay in a charming boutique hotel in the Latin Quarter on the Left Bank.
We will be shooting all over paris at some really great spots, a few secret spots I will show you and each day we shoot the sunrise and sunset. It is a very busy week of capturing the best parts of paris at the best times.
Near the end of your trip we will head to the abbey of Mont Saint Michel. This World Heritage site is situated on an island on the northern coast of France. As one of the most iconic images of France, the photographs we take here will certainly be memorable.
I am so happy to have this opportunity to share my love for this remarkable city with you. I am certain you will come back with a photographic portfolio of Paris that will be the envy of everyone!

Portrait Session with Mary using Fujicolor C200 and a Nikon FE2 #bokeh #portrait
I'M BACK SHOOTING FILM WITH A NEW CHANNEL!
My passion for film photography kicked back up during a recent cross country trip and it is only intensifying. Instead of posting film stuff on my other channel (Map Hopping Mac) I've created this channel to share my addiction to film.
A few days ago I ordered a 10-roll brick of Fuji Fujicolor C200 35mm film. In this video I take my beautiful wife, Mary, around Old Scottsdale and put this film to the test. I'm typically a Kodak film guy (Portra and Ektar), but this Fuji C200 film has got me rethinking all that!
All these photos were shot on my Nikon F3 SLR with a Nikon 50mm f/1.8D lens. I used a 7-stop varible ND filter to allow me to shoot relatively wide open and not exceed my camera's max shutter speed of 1/20000 second.
What are your thoughts of this film?
Have you shot this film? D0 you like it?
Do you prefer this film over Kodak ColorPlus 200, Portra, and Ektar?
Please be sure to subscribe to this channel and follow me on Instagram for more photos not shown in the video!

#Riverdale's Camila Mendes Takes Us to New York Fashion Week | ELLE
From run-ins with famous friends to getting pulled over by the cops, this is Riverdale actress Cami Mendes' New York Fashion Week video diary.
A Monday off from work isn't typical for actress Camila Mendes—at least not in September. We shoot #Riverdale nine months out of the year, she tells ELLE.com. But when the actress who plays Manhattan fashionista Veronica Lodge was presented with the opportunity to attend her first ever New York Fashion Week, Mendes made it work. If only for two days, she was heading to NYC to take in the shows.
First up? Prabal Gurung. Excited for her Kendall Jenner moment, the actress went with a red turtleneck and pink trousers, making the most of her debut. On day two, she managed to squeeze in an appearance at a 12:00 p.m. Zimmermann show, before jetting off to the airport to make her 4 p.m. flight back to Vancouver—and back to the no red lipstick rule her character Veronica Lodge abides by.

A Paris Elopement
It’s hard for me to think now that’s been over four years since I made this Paris Elopement Video. I’d like to think that the way I film my weddings and elopement videos has changed since then, but fundamentally It hasn’t altered much at all. If anything this Paris elopement video signaled the start of things for me. I’ve changed camera brands since then, but to be fair, that’s all that has changed about the way I create my Elopement videos.
I’ll be completely honest and say that this actual Paris Elopement Video was the catalyst for a massive change in my own direction. At the time I was desperate to be involved with this Elopement Video. Looking back at my email communications with Lauren and Yohan, I knew their story and loved throwing ideas back and forth with them. We talked for weeks about what we could do. Without video of the party and very little bridal preparations to photograph how would we capture enough footage of the day? There was obviously a real ceremony in the middle of the day in which friends and family were invited, but for the rest of the time we would simple have to complete a variety of couples photos and video. To guarantee my participation in the elopement I offered to shoot some of their wedding photography completely free of charge. You can see it by clicking here if you like. Anyway, not too long before this project, I’d began to think about working minimal. I’d asked myself if it was really possible to create a good cinematic elopement video with simply one camera and one lens. I decided that this elopement video would be the perfect project to try the approach out on. I knew that it would be easier to create a good Paris elopement video with a minimal approach. I needed speed to be able to react to quick fire situations in front of me. Changing lenses or cameras simply wouldn’t work and would prove too much of a delay throughout the day.
Our plan was to spend the entire afternoon jumping in and out of Yohan’s car, visiting every beautiful location we could think of. Yohan knew every shortcut around the busy streets of Paris and expertly navigated us across the city thought the day. As we approached each filming point, the three of us would pray together for a parking space, always successful I may add. The ceremony was at midday followed by a forty minute period that I had allocated to interview Lauren and Yohan at their apartment in Paris. We always knew we’d end proceedings by jumping into the Piscine Molitor. We obtained permission from the management a day earlier and had a ten minute allocated slot to complete the filming work. Everything went completely to plan, which always helps. I’m under no illusion that this was down to my new minimalistic approach to creating elopement videos.
My final point however is something that I always talk about when I deliver my wedding videography workshops. It’s easy to watch an incredible wedding video or elopement video and think that the creator is a genius, but consider this. How much control do we as wedding film makers have over the things we shoot. This Paris elopement video is the perfect example. Beautiful couples, beautiful apartment, an incredible engaging story. Time. Above all we had time to explore one of the most romantic cities in Europe. I was whisked from place to place with expert precision. None of the above are down to me. I’m simply documenting the beauty that lies before me and cutting it together as artistically as I can in the edit. Sure, it works and I’m happy to take the credit but please don’t forget that it helps when your subjects and surroundings this good x
