Bliss Ultra Lounge @ 123 WEST CHURCH STREET Orlando
An affinity for entertainment and nightlife has made Vito Badalamenti Jr. what he is today. At the age of 20, Badalamenti moved from New Jersey to Florida to attend the University of Central Florida on a football scholarship. While attending UCF he took a job at a local nightclub as a door man. A natural-born visionary, he pitched the idea of a VIP section to the club, an accommodation that had not hit Orlando yet. Intrigued by the concept, the club allowed Badalamenti to head up the operation as their VIP manager. The privilege of private tables, full bottle service and exclusive roped off areas quickly became a trend around Orlando. The UCF graduate held this position for nine years as he built his repertoire.
Not one to limit himself, at 23, Badalamenti opened, Sol y Luna Tanning, a tanning salon whose utmost concerns are offering the latest in tanning technology while delivering impeccable service in a lavish environment; current locations in Metro West and UCF. The success of his two enterprises allowed Badalamenti to progress to his next venture. In keeping with the premise of offering superior hospitality to the public, the now 30-year-old entrepreneur started V Entertainment. In April of 2007, V Entertainment will launch, BLISS, an upscale entertainment venue located in downtown Orlando's historical Church Street Station. Selecting the site was easy for Badalamenti, who fell in love with the architecture and history behind the location of his first entertainment project. This is only the beginning of what V Entertainment will introduce to the service industry; future endeavors include supper clubs, nightclubs and more. You can expect superior service and a luxurious atmosphere when dealing with Vito Badalamenti Jr.
1.With over 8000 square feet in two stories and 20 VIP tables our accommodation capabilities are limitless. Our design features are elegant with clear sight lines and an all can see stage enabling guests to view a multitude of our entertainment. Given the open nature of the venue there is virtually an unlimited type of event or desire we can accommodate.
2.Our first floor stage was designed to accommodate musical acts and our removable cat walk allows us the ability to do runway style fashion shows. While not in use the stage transfers to additional VIP seating with the addition of a balcony for security purposes. Our second story will be strictly for catering to our VIP clientele. Lush couches and personalized bottle service allow guests to enjoy the entire venue and its entertainment but from a more exclusive area. The second floor is perfect for private parties and buyouts for the aforementioned qualities as well.
3.The room is designed with a consistent intimate flow. There are no dead ends, high traffic areas or blind spots. From virtually every location in the venue you can view or be viewed by the entire crowd. With the latest in high-end lighting and sound and the addition of soft ascent lighting, Italian marble and sheer curtains the room lives intimately. Every detail from the inset promotional televisions and bar layout to bathroom fixtures and table placement were designed with functionality yet maintain elegance.

Downtown Orlando is the historic core and central business district of Orlando, Florida, United States. It is bordered by Marks Street in the north, Mills Avenue (SR 15) in the east, Orange Blossom Trail (US 441) in the west, and Kaley Avenue in the south. In 2010, the estimated population of downtown was 18,731. The daytime population was estimated to be 65,000 (in 2010). The 5-mile radius population of downtown is 273,335.
Downtown Orlando is the largest of urban centers in Central Florida. It is home to residential and commercial towers; local, state, and federal government offices; sports facilities; performing arts theaters; art galleries; a movie theater; retail; nightclubs; and parks. Downtown is removed from the tourist areas located in the southwestern half of the city; but does draw a significant number of visitors seeking to experience the Real Orlando. It is also the location of numerous festivals, parades, political demonstrations, and other high-profile events year-round.
There are seven official neighborhoods with significant portions inside the Downtown Orlando Community Redevelopment Area (CRA):
Callahan (portion east of Westmoreland Drive)
Central Business District
Holden/Parramore (portion east of Westmoreland Drive)
Lake Dot (portion east of Westmoreland Drive)
Lake Eola Heights (portion west of Summerlin Avenue)
South Eola
North Quarter
The CRA also includes small pieces of College Park (portions east of Peachtree Road, and along Orange Avenue between Magnolia and Highland Avenues), Lake Cherokee (portions west of Delaney Avenue and north of Ponce de Leon Place / Palmer Street), Lorna Doone (the Citrus Bowl Stadium only), Park Lake/Highland (portion north of Lake Highland), South Division (portion north of Gore Street, mostly highway right-of-way), South Orange (portion north of Gore Street), and Thornton Park (portion north of Central Boulevard and west of James Avenue).
Located north of Colonial Drive, the border of this area is Interstate 4 to the west, and Highland Avenue to the east, the north border is N Orange Ave & the I-4 on-ramps at Lake Ivanhoe. This is a vibrant area that has seen many apartments and condominiums built, bringing a diverse collection of businesses including dining and shopping to the area. With such close proximity to the Central Business District for working professionals, this has become a valuable area for those who seek the convenience of work/play/live in downtown Orlando.
Established in the 1880s, Parramore is the historical hub of Orlando's African-American community. The area is located just west of the Central Business district along Division Ave and West Church Street. Now considered an economically depressed area, Orlando leaders are working with business owners in the community to improve the area's reputation. While some parts of the neighborhood have been gentrified, Parramore still maintains its historical African-American identity.
Lake Eola Park is located in South Eola, east of the CBD. Lake Eola Heights is located north of the lake and South Eola continues to the east and south of the lake. The park is historically significant and is a frequent venue for events and festivals. Thornton Park is located one city block east of Lake Eola Park. The streets creating its border are: Summerlin Ave, E Robinson St, N Brown Ave, E Central Blvd to S Hyer Ave, and S Hyer Ave south to Florida State Road 408.
