WilkesTV - Wilkesboro Open Air Market
The Open Air Market is scheduled May through September each year on a weekly basis. The regular market is open every Friday from 4:00-8:00 pm. Vendors selling are farmers with locally grown fruits, vegetables, plants and local art & craft vendors, baked goods, plus much more.
The Special Event Series area (which includes the regular Open Air Market) will open on the 3rd Friday of each month May through September from 4:00-8:00 pm. Themed activities, local art & crafts, vineyards, musical performances, artisans, baked goods, kids activities and demonstrations, plus many other activities with booths and the downtown merchants. This market is in the same location as the Open Air Market and the music starts at 4:00 pm.
Following each third Friday festival the Wilkesboro Movies on Main series will host an outdoor movie at 9:00 pm.
