Wolong Temple is located in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province of China. The temple was first built in Han Dynasty. It kept a painting of Guanyin drew by Wu Daozi in Tang Dynasty, so it was also called Guanyin Temple. It was renamed Wolong Temple in Song Dynasty.

After our return from Chongqing we spent Chinese New Year's Eve visiting three different temples in Xi'an's city center: first Guangren Temple, the only Tibetan Buddhist temple in Xi'an, then the City God Temple, and finally Xiangzimiao Temple at night. We also enjoyed another very nice massage, this time at Gin Spa near the Bell Tower.

Da Xing Shan Temple (大兴善寺) was built in Western Jin Dynasty (265-316), it was one of the three largest Buddhism translation centers in Tang Dynasty, translating Sanskrit into Chinese. It is the home of Chinese Tantra and Japanese Tantra (or called Shingon), and still functions as an important Buddhism practice center today in Xi'an, China.

You mainly hear about hot pot in Chengdu/Chongqing, but their noodles (the many variations).... so good!
There are so many Sichuan restaurants popping up in LA in the past couple years, but it seems that none are able to replicate the authentic flavor of Sichuan..
O, if you like to shop, Chengdu's TaiKoo Li (太古里）is probably the best upscale outdoor shopping mall I've been to
As for Xi'an , home to the largest and oldest preserved Chinese City Walls.. traffic there is pretty terrible and metro is not as convenient as some of the other bigger cities.. and I hear a lot about pickpockets here, though we didn't encounter any luckily! however the food is delicious, flavor profile here is dominated by Cumin though lol... lamb skewers and rou jia mo (肉夹馍) here are ???????????? , oh ya.. and check out the terracotta soliders :p (recommend getting a tour guide in front of the entrance of the museum, for couple hundred RMB's, it's definitely worth it)

Chengdu - The Temple House, love the aesthetics of this hotel. Probably near the top of my list of hotels stayed so far across my travels, definitely recommend if you ever decide to visit Chengdu
Chongqing - Niccolo hotel + Air Bnb next to Hong Ya Dong (note be careful booking Air Bnb in China, there are regulations regarding registering with local authorities if you only plan on booking Air BnB (sounded tedious), but it was cheap enough so we also just booked a hotel to make our lives easier???? , the airbnb was for the scenery and the afternoon pitstop for resting lol)
Xi'an - Fairway Place Marriott Apts - couldn't find a decent hotel that would fit 3 people in the Xi'an city walls :(
