There are two types of Avatar world that you can see in the real world. The first world is Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in China and the second world is the unknown valley at Seoraksan National Park called Cheonbuldong Valley. Having the opportunity to trek this valley with the right Autumn season and the right foliage color is a miracle by itself.
We hope you enjoy this film as much as we do. Have fun!
Best regards,

South Korea: Seoraksan National Park
Seoraksan is the most famous and beautiful national park in South Korea. It is located near the town of Sokcho in the northeast of teh country facing the Sea of Japan. It has been designated as a Biosphere Protection Site by the Unesco. It is characterised by oddly shaped rock formation, dense forest and waterfalls and mountain streams.
The video shows first a general view of the mountains in a cloudy day, then the Unification giant Buddha, the Sinheung-sa buddhist temple, the ascent to the Ulsan Bawi rock cliff through a metal staircase, ant finally the Yukdam Pokpo and Biryong Pokpo waterfall.

Korea Seoraksan Biryong Falls 비룡폭포 飛龍瀑布 Trail Hike - Fall Foliage
Video clips from my hike along the Biryong Falls 비룡폭포 飛龍瀑布 Trail to enjoy the fall foliage offered by Seoraksan National Park 雪嶽山國家公園
Since it is dry season, I didn't make it to the waterfall but instead take our time to enjoy the autumn colors along the trail. Due to time constraint I completed about 75% of the trail route and returned the same way.

Season's first fall foliage paints Mt. Seoraksan red, orange and yellow
가을옷 갈아입은 설악산...첫 단풍 시작
Autumn has now arrived,... and that means spectacular views as the mountains change color.
This year, Mt. Seoraksan in Gangwon-do Province was the first place to see these autumn hues.
Lee Ji-won has more.
With the arrival of autumn, trees and mountains have started to change color.
And one of the best places to enjoy the reds and oranges is Mt. Seoraksan, in Korea's eastern province of Gangwon-do.
To view this changing of the seasons, many people hike to the summit of the over 17-hundred meter Daechongbong Peak.
(Korean)
I've never seen a view this beautiful. The leaves are so vividly colored and spectacular that I don't want to climb back down.
The fall foliage season officially starts when 20-percent of the leaves change color.
And due to a wide gap in daily temperatures,... the start of the fall foliage season came 4 days earlier than last year.
The leaves are usually at their most colorful about two weeks after they start changing color,.. and Mt. Seoraksan is expected to reach peak fall foliage on October 19th.
These autumnal colors can also be seen on Mt. Bukhansan in northern part of Seoul starting mid-October,... with its foliage peak expected in late October.
More updates can be found on the Korea Meteorological Administration's website.

Seoraksan National park:-
----------------------------------------------
Being able to visit Seoraksan National park in Fall Foliage season is truly a blessing for me. This park was designated the 5th national park in Korea in 1970 and chosen as a nature preservation area on November 5, 1965 Also, internationally recognized for its rare species, Seoraksan is the area in Korea to have been designated as a Biosphere Preservation District by UNESCO in 1982, and in IUCN recognized its rich natural resources and labeled it category Ⅱ(National Park).
There are over 2,000 animal species live in Seoraksan, including the Korea goral, Musk deer, and Other. There are also more than 1,400 rare plant species, such as the Edelweiss, here as well.
Odaesan National Park:-
-----------------------------------------
This park is located in the central and eastern part of Gangwon-do. According to Imagine your Korea website, the mountain was designated a national park in February 1975, including an area of 298.5㎢ centered on the highest peak, Birobong Peak (1,563m). Other peaks include Horyeongbong, Sangwangbong, Dongdaesan, and Durobong.
In Odaesan Ntl Park, it has the largest natural woods of Korea, home to many wild animals and plants. The area of Birobong Peak is famous for its Nuncheunkbaek and Yew tree forests. The royal azelea and Geumgang Chorong from Durobong Peak to Sangwangbong Peak are famous and there are animals such as boars, musk deer, turtledoves and colorful woodpeckers living here.
The Kensington Flora Hotel:-
------------------------------------------------
The Kensington Flora Hotel is located on Odaesan Mountain. The hotel, the first of its kind in all of Korea, was established with the goal of providing women with a classy leisure resort that combines relaxation with quality beauty care. Befitting of its feminine image, the hotel is decorated mainly in the theme of herbs and flowers.
