SCOTLAND Day Trip: Dundee to St Andrews
Kuba and I headed to St Andrews for the day to take advantage of the sunshine. It's rare to get a sunny day here in Scotland during the winter so we wanted to walk around the beach bit and try out Taste Cafe for some lunch. We managed to find seats even though the cafe is quite small and were not disappointed! Their falafel sandwich was excellent. ???? This was only my 2nd time in St Andrews but I wouldn't mind visiting again as it's a short bus ride away. ????

Summer Drive East On A90 To Swallow Hotel Roundabout Dundee Scotland
Tour Scotland video of a Summer road trip drive East on the A90 road from from Perthshire, to the Swallow Hotel roundabout on visit to the city of Dundee in Tayside. This A90 Scottish road originates in Edinburgh, it the travels west and over the Forth Road Bridge, before turning into the M90 motorway. At Perth, the M90 again becomes the A90, now running north east to Dundee and through the Kingsway road system. It then passes Forfar, Brechin, Stracathro, the site of an ancient Roman Camp, Stonehaven, Bridge of Muchalls, where the Burn of Muchalls flows under, near Muchalls Castle, near Saint Ternan's Church, Newtonhill, Portlethen, from there through the city of Aberdeen, crossing the Ythan Estuary, on to Peterhead on its way to Fraserburgh. Modern roundabouts are commonplace throughout the world. Half of the world's roundabouts are in France, although the United Kingdom has more as a proportion of the road than any other country. A crucial part of driving roundabouts is being prepared as you approach them and knowing where you're going and which lane you'll need to be in. Keep a look out for vulnerable road users including cyclists, motorcyclists and horse riders. Pedestrian crossings can also be found near the entrances or exits of a roundabout. If the roundabout is clear then make sure you go, don't hesitate. Try to anticipate where other drivers are going that are already on the roundabout. Watch the other vehicles position, speed and angle.

A Day in Dundee - My Solo Scottish Rail Trip Part 1 | The Travelista
This is part 1 of my Scottish Solo Rail Trip vlog in collaboration with VisitScotland and Cross Country trains. It was my first time in Dundee and during my day I visited The Dundee Contemporary Arts Centre, Jute Cafe Bar (for brunch), Dundee's creative pop-up shops and galleries, The McManus Art Gallery, Broughty Ferry beach and sand dunes and finally The Law viewpoint. I checked in to the Apex City Quay hotel. This video was created in May 2018.
Dundee has always been known as an industrial city in Dundee but thanks to the secret creative scene, the arrival of the V&A Museum in September 2018 and the fact it has been named a 'Top 10 Destination to visit in Europe in 2018' by Lonely Planet, tourism is definitely on the rise for this soulful Scottish city.
