This is me live doing the Zoomline across Fremont Street in Downtown Vegas! You will feel like a Super Hero AKA Superman!
Downtown Las Vegas Zipline - Slotzilla
If getting bombarded with stripper advertisements while wearing a Long Island ice tea around your neck sounds like a hellavuh night out to you, by all means continue hanging out on the Las Vegas Strip. For those with, um, a slightly different definition of fun, do as the locals do and head downtown.
Formerly a magnet for ne’er-do-wells AKA Vegas’ unofficial capital of sleaze, Downtown Las Vegas has been undergoing a renaissance in recent years. This rebirth is evidenced by the trendy Downtown Container Park, Fremont East’s row of hip bars (including an old-school arcade bar) and the annual Life is Beautiful music festival which brings huge headliners from Major Lazer and Mumford & Sons to Empire of the Sun. Without question, Downtown Vegas owes much of its success to the rowdy five-block entertainment district the Freemont Street Experience.
Arguably, the biggest draw at this pedestrian mall and entertainment space is Slotzilla, a 12-story, slot machine-inspired zipline that flies over the crowds of downtown Vegas. And of course, I had to try it. So I took The Moms and my adventurous cousin out for an evening of high-flying good times.
We discovered that there are two ways to fly at Slotzilla: the lower zipline, where you rappel in a seated position, and the upper Zoomline, where your legs extend backward and you fly like Superman. Since we’ve all tried traditional ziplining before, my mom, cousin and I opted for the more thrilling, upper Zoomline.
Watch this video to get a first-person POV and find out what riding the Zoomline is actually like.
Slotzilla ranges from $20 to $45 per ride, and sometimes there’s a long wait. That only adds to the anticipation though.
Don’t be afraid to skip the casinos and veer off the Vegas Strip for a night. Out of all the things you could spend your money on in Sin City, doubling down on Slotzilla is a bet you just can’t lose.

Riding the Voodoo Zipline in Vegas!
While at NAB every year I like to get out of the convention center and enjoy a little bit of Vegas. I'm not a gambler, so I end up going for the thrill rides! This year I suggested to my buddies that we do the zipline running between the two towers of the Rio Hotel and Casino. It starts at the 50th floor of one tower and runs 800 feet down to the other tower. Then it takes you back up...backwards! Definitely a great ride!
Sorry for the language!
zip line las vagas!
we went to vagas for 4 days and one of the days i went zip lining! it was so fun
ENJOY! :)

Fremont Street Experience | Las Vegas Nevada
The Fremont Street Experience (FSE) is a pedestrian mall and attraction in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. The FSE occupies the westernmost five blocks of Fremont Street, including the area known for years as Glitter Gulch, and portions of some other adjacent streets.
The central attraction is a barrel vault canopy, 90 ft (27 m) high at the peak and four blocks, or approximately 1,375 ft (419 m), in length.
While Las Vegas is known for never turning the outside casino lights off, each show begins by turning off the lights on all of the buildings, including the casinos, under the canopy. Before each show, one bidirectional street that crosses the Experience is blocked off for safety reasons.
Concerts, usually free, are also held on three stages. The venue has become a major tourist attraction for downtown Las Vegas, and is also the location of the SlotZilla zip line attraction and the city's annual New Year's Eve party, complete with fireworks on the display screen.(source: wikipedia)

Las Vegas Nightlife 2020 -With glimpses of Fremont Street Experience and fun!
Las Vegas (Spanish for The Meadows), officially the City of Las Vegas and often known simply as Vegas, is the 28th-most populated city in the United States, the most populated city in the state of Nevada, and the county seat of Clark County. The city anchors the Las Vegas Valley metropolitan area and is the largest city within the greater Mojave Desert.[6] Las Vegas is an internationally renowned major resort city, known primarily for its gambling, shopping, fine dining, entertainment, and nightlife. The Las Vegas Valley as a whole serves as the leading financial, commercial, and cultural center for Nevada.
The city bills itself as The Entertainment Capital of the World, and is famous for its mega casino–hotels and associated activities. It is a top three destination in the United States for business conventions and a global leader in the hospitality industry, claiming more AAA Five Diamond hotels than any other city in the world.
Las Vegas was settled in 1905 and officially incorporated in 1911. At the close of the 20th century, it was the most populated American city founded within that century (a similar distinction was earned by Chicago in the 19th century). Population growth has accelerated since the 1960s, and between 1990 and 2000 the population nearly doubled, increasing by 85.2%.
As with most major metropolitan areas, the name of the primary city (Las Vegas in this case) is often used to describe areas beyond official city limits. In the case of Las Vegas, this especially applies to the areas on and near the Las Vegas Strip, which is actually located within the unincorporated communities of Paradise and Winchester.

Fremont Street - Las Vegas - April 2014
Fremont Street, Las Vegas. April 11th, 12th and 13th 2014
The Celtic Fest was going on this weekend, caught bits and pieces of it. One part of the video has a misc jazz overlay from other video because the video sound didn't record which is too bad. In the video it looks like the Celt band is playing and dancing to jazz, that wasn't the case. The various groups performing were very entertaining what little we caught.
Culinary union members were protesting this weekend too, they're seen in much of the video dressed in red. It was a very busy weekend on Freemont Street, a good time was had!
