The house is 25 minutes to Melbourne CBD and is located near SANCTUARY LAKES close to the Greg Norman Golf course. Very near the house (5 minutes away) are indoor pool facilities, tennis courts, gym, child minding centre, shopping centre and great golf course.

The house is very spacious making it well suited for couples, families and business stays and can easily accommodate 11 people with 6 beds - 2 queen beds, 4 single beds & 4 double sofa beds. We are also children friendly and provide a porta cot and high chair.
With the open plan kitchen and 2 lounge rooms, the house allows for a comfortable stay for all ages. Security and privacy is offered with a lock up 2 car garage on a off street parking in a quiet family friendly neighbourhood.

This house is ideally suited for a family get away or groups looking to use it as a base to explore or work in Melbourne. The large main bedroom has an ensuite that includes a separate shower, second bedroom with a queen bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. The main bathroom has a separate shower, bath tub and separate toilet.

The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, modern dishwasher and all the modern cooking appliances including a rice cooker and blender. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, crockery, glasses which you can use to cook your meals 3 times a day and entertain as if you were in your own home. Save time and money on dining out or paying high prices charged normally in hotels.
The large fully equipped laundry includes a modern washing machine and dryer. All linen and towels are complimentary and there are no exit cleaning charges when you leave (conditions apply).
