    Ponce City Market is a mixed-use development located in a historic building in Atlanta, with national and local retail anchors, restaurants, a food hall, boutiques and offices, and residential units. It is located where the BeltLine crosses Ponce de Leon Avenue in the Old Fourth Ward where that neighborhood touches the Virginia Highland, Poncey-Highland and Midtown neighborhoods. The 2,100,000-square-foot building, one of the largest by volume in the Southeast United States, was used by Sears, Roebuck and Co. from 1926–1987 and later by the City of Atlanta as City Hall East. The building's lot covers 16 acres . It officially opened on August 25, 2014. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016.

The mall is named after its original developer, Ogden Phipps. Phipps is known for its interior decor, which consists of mahogany walls, marble floors, glass elevators, chandeliers, and a massive, carpeted staircase. Anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom. It is the second largest shopping mall in the state of Georgia, the largest being the Mall of Georgia in Buford, Georgia. The mall is anchored by Dillard's, Nordstrom, Von Maur, and Macy's. Perimeter Mall is different from other shopping malls in Atlanta in that the front side of the mall includes an area for open-air shops, upscale restaurants, and salons, connected by gardens and paths. It also features valet parking. It can be accessed by MARTA's Dunwoody station, which opened at the southwest corner of its parking lot in 1996.

    Underground Atlanta is a former shopping and entertainment district in the Five Points neighborhood of downtown Atlanta, Georgia, United States, near the Five Points MARTA station. It is currently undergoing renovations. First opened in 1969, it takes advantage of the viaducts built over the city's many railroad tracks to accommodate later automobile traffic. Each level has two main halls, still called Upper and Lower Alabama and Pryor Streets. The location has been purchased and the lower level is officially closed as of August 13, 2017 for construction.
