Detached geographically from the Indian subcontinent, the Andaman & Nicobar islands are home to the most pristine white sand beaches, turquoise blue water, limestone caves, active volcanoes and dense forests still holding undiscovered civilizations.
Apart from natural beauty, these islands witnessed a brutal history of the Indian Independence struggle. It has scars of various battles between aboriginal tribes and the British army.
The crystal clear water, vibrant corals and unspoiled aquatic life offer amazing scuba diving sites. Also, staying at the eco-friendly beach resorts can be the perfect gateway from monotonous daily life.
There are so many things I explored and understood while roaming around this emerald archipelago. his travelogue covers most of the things. But for more details, you can always visit -
