After staying Shiretoko for two nights, we came up to North Fox Farm, which is located in Kitami. The foxes are literally so adorable.. And after that, we stayed in Higashikwa town, which is recently very popular for migrants from other areas in Japan. The reason is because of the beauty of nature, ecosystem(free water), child friendly, and so on. Since there are also a lot of fancy cafes which bring delicious and special dishes, we comfortably spent the good time.
And Asahiyama zoo is one of the most popular zoo in Japan. Because the consciousness to animal welfare for people in Hokkaido is so strong and they treat animals as it is as natural as possible.
