1. Chateau de Chenonceau Chenonceaux
The Château de Chenonceau is a French château spanning the River Cher, near the small village of Chenonceaux in the Indre-et-Loire département of the Loire Valley in France. It is one of the best-known châteaux of the Loire valley.The estate of Chenonceau is first mentioned in writing in the 11th century. The current château was built in 1514–1522 on the foundations of an old mill and was later extended to span the river. The bridge over the river was built to designs by the French Renaissance architect Philibert de l'Orme, and the gallery on the bridge, built from 1570–1576 to designs by Jean Bullant.

Futuroscope, or Parc du Futuroscope is a French theme park based upon multimedia, cinematographic futuroscope and audio-visual techniques. It has several 3D cinemas and a few 4D cinemas along with other attractions and shows, some of which are the only examples in the world. It is located in the department of Vienne, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, 10 kilometres north of Poitiers, in the communes of Chasseneuil-du-Poitou and Jaunay-Clan. The park had 1.83 million visitors in 2015. In total, 50 million visitors have been to the park since it opened in 1987.

The ZooParc de Beauval , more commonly called Beauval zoo or, more simply, Beauval, is a French zoological park located in Saint-Aignan, in the Loir-et-Cher department, in the Centre-Val de Loire region. It features more than 3,000 animals on 35 hectares, which is one of the largest animal collections in France and in Europe. Created in 1980 by Françoise Delord, it is now run by her son, Rodolphe Delord, and managed by his family, which owns most of the capital. Beauval was often the first zoo to have some animals in France, which contributed to its reputation and to its development. It has been the first zoo in France to present leucistic big cats, white tigers and white lions, in the 1990s. Chambord is the largest château in the Loire Valley; it was built to serve as a hunting lodge for Francis I, who maintained his royal residences at the Château de Blois and Amboise. Abandoned Castle - Château Rouge / Bambi / Château de la Motte (Urbex)

Near a nuclear power plant, hidden by a forest border, rises a beautiful abandoned red castle. Build in 1889, the castle was a luxury hostel after WWII. In 2009, the castle was abandoned for financial reasons. Urban explorers call it Chateau Red or Bambi, and also Hotel Torrance.

Non loin d'une centrale nucléaire, discrètement caché à la lisière d'un bois, un étrange petit château rougeâtre abandonné. Construit en 1889, il était devenu un hôtel de luxe après la deuxième guerre mondiale. Des raisons financières ont eu raison de sa fermeture et son abandon en 2009. La communauté Urbex a nommé ce lieu le château rouge ou bambi mais aussi l'hotel Torrance.

La rue des Écluses-Saint-Martin est indiquée sur le plan de Albert Jouvin de Rochefort daté de 1672. Elle s'étendait jusqu'à la rue du Faubourg-Saint-Martin.

Elle a fait partie de la rue des Morts et antérieurement de la rue Saint-Maur.

Un arrêté du 28 octobre 1910 a donné le nom de rue Eugène-Varlin au tronçon de la rue compris entre le quai de Valmy et la rue du Faubourg-Saint-Martin.

Son nom vient de la proximité des écluses des Morts, sur le canal Saint-Martin.
