Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto is located in the north coast of Sicily. It belongs to the Province of Messina, one of the most important cities of Sicily. The city proper has a population of over 45,000 inhabitants. THE “JALARI” PARK MUSEUM The Park Museum “Jalari” is situated on the Peloritan mountains a few kilometres from Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto (ME) extended over 35 hectares (350,000 msq). “Jalari” originates from a dream and grows with perseverance and constancy due to 30 years of work from the Pietrini and Giorgianni families. Originally thought as an area lacking water, the discovery of rich deep-lying water sources have turned a previously bare landscape into a small paradise providing shelter to many animals, including rare migratory birds. The name of the park comes from the arabic word for “Shiny Stone”, referring to the fact that the area is rich in stones which were used to create hundreds of mesmerising sculptures and fountains around the park, sculpted by Prof. Mariano Pietrini. How to relax?
Do you feel tired, anxious, stressful or other negative emotions? Then this video is for you! People tend to have this kind of feelings. And it is normal! This might not bring positive outcome that we are hoping for. In this video you will see yoga sequence moon Salutation (Chandra Namaskar). It is very relaxing practice, suitable for mornings and evenings, stressful moments. Learn it by heart. There are about 10 (depends how you count) poses and they flow from one into each other. Back and forth. Make few turns. All emotions for this sequence have to be positive. Always joy on the background.

Then do the sequence Moon Saluation as many times as you find is pleasant! Start with 1or 2 times. Your body is your best friend – listen to it. Any yoga beginner can do Moon Salutation! Real anti-stress yoga when you combine physical and emotional aspects.
When you are finished with Moon salutation, lay down on your back and relax entire body and mind. Shavasana. (Minimum 2-3min)
If you have a journal write down short review of your practice and how you feel. Make it your regular (preferably, daily routine)
