The region
The Languedoc is one of today's most popular tourist destinations and has also become, over recent years, the ideal place to start a business. Montpellier acts as a true driving force, casting its aura over neighbouring towns. Those towns like Fabregues draw full benefit from this growth whilst remaining entirely authentic. These towns are set on the Domitian road and have been renowned as a land of welcome and passage since Roman times. All year round, there is a buzz of activity created by the numerous associations that make the town a pleasant place to live in all year round. As an added bonus, it's just a stone's throw from Palavas-les-Flots, Camon beach, Vic-la-Gardiole and Frontignan, offering all the pleasures of the Mediterranean coast.
An area that is full of places to discover, a simple walk will offer you splendid views over the Vic lagoon nature reserve and the world-famous vineyards. An ideal opportunity for those who appreciate good wines and food to discover the delights of the frontignan sweet wines or the fresh seafood from the Thau lagoon.
