Reggio Emilia is a city in northern Italy, in the Emilia-Romagna region. It has about 171,400 inhabitants and is the main comune of the Province of Reggio Emilia. The town is also referred to by its more official name of Reggio nell'Emilia. Often written off as an emergency pit stop on the Via Emilia, Reggio Emilia states its case as the birthplace of the Italian flag – the famous red, white and green tricolour – and a convenient base for sorties south into the region's best natural attraction, the Parco Nazionale dell'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano.
Those savvy enough to get out of their train/car/bus will find a cyclist-friendly city of attractive squares, grand public buildings and a leafy park. Known also as Reggio nell'Emilia, the town started life in the 2nd century BC as a Roman colony along the Via Emilia. Much of Reggio was built by the Este family during the 400 years it controlled the town, beginning in 1406.
The best Reggio Emilia can offer is all in the city center, so you probably won't need to get a taxi. Taxi are not so common in Reggio Emilia, it's almost impossible to see one around in the streets. If you need one, you can catch it at the train station, or just make sure to have phone numbers to call one. Visit the Maramotti collection of modern art, located in what was formerly the site of production of Max Mara clothing in the suburb of Pieve Modolena (reached with a short westward trip by bus along the via Emilia)

The main locations will be served also by public transports (bus). If you travel by bus make sure to buy your return ticket before leaving Reggio and to check the time tables, as there's no public transport in the evening and in the night.

Places to see in ( Modena - Italy )
Modena is a city in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region. It’s known for its balsamic vinegar and opera heritage, plus Ferrari and Lamborghini sports cars. The Enzo Ferrari Museum has exhibits on the life and work of the car designer, in his childhood home, plus iconic models in a futuristic building. In the 18th-century Museum Palace is the Estense Gallery, with works by Tintoretto and Correggio, plus a bust by Bernini.
If Italy were a meal, Modena would be the main course. Here, on the flat plains of the slow-flowing Po, lies one of the nation's great gastronomic centres, the creative force behind real balsamic vinegar, giant tortellini stuffed with tantalising fillings, sparkling Lambrusco wine and backstreets crammed with some of the best restaurants no one's ever heard of (and one, Osteria Francescana, that everybody has – it was awarded the top spot on the coveted 'World's 50 Best Restaurants' list in 2016, the first Italian restaurant to nab the honour).
For those with bleached taste buds, the city has another equally lauded legacy: cars. The famous Ferrari museum is situated in the nearby village of Maranello. Modena is also notable for its haunting Romanesque cathedral and as the birthplace of the late Italian opera singer Pavarotti, whose former home is now a worthwhile museum just outside town.
The town is well-known all over the world, especially for some famous people who were born and lived here - such as Enzo Ferrari and Luciano Pavarotti, and for some of its gastronomical products. However, Modena should not only be known for these things. It is also a town that, in 40 years, has become one of the richest and most socially advanced in Italy: 48 miles of cycling paths, 16 cinemas, 25 libraries, and one of the oldest universities in Europe.
Modena is favored by a few geographical and environmental factors: its location in the middle of the Po valley, in one of the most advanced areas in the whole continent (the evidence for this is unknown at this time), and it is positioned on the main trading routes between Northern Europe and the Mediterranean Sea. It sits at the crossroads between the Brenner motorway and the Autostrada del Sole, just a few miles from the important railway and airport node of Bologna. Tourists from all over the world are attracted to visit the art treasures in Modena: the 12th century Cathedral, masterpieces of Italian Romanesque art, that, together with Piazza Grande and the Ghirlandina tower, creates a complex of unique beauty, included by UNESCO among the Wealth of Mankind.
Modena is also known as the Land of Motors. You can find the main supercars factories in Modena or in the province like Ferrari, Maserati or Pagani Zonda. People can visit a lot of museums and private car collections like Museum Enzo Ferrari (in town), Museum Ferrari (in Maranello), Panini car collection, Stanguellini car collection and many others... The territory of Modena and province is synonymous of good food too. The precious Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese or Lambrusco wine are just some examples of it. Food lovers can visit the farms and see the making of these great products.
Erected in 1099 in the place where previously an early Christian church and the sepulchre of San Geminiano stood - whose body was solemnly transported to the cathedral on 30 April 1106 in the presence of the countess Matilde di Canossa. The Piazza with its paving made of cobblestones and its Ghirlandina tower, delimited to the north and east by the Cathedral and the Town Hall, was recognised by UNESCO as heritage of mankind. It is the centre of life of the city.
The Ghirlandina Tower, so called because of the double twist of balustrades which crown it like a garland, is 86 meters high and the symbol of the city. The Ducal Palace, whose construction began in 1634 on design of Avanzini, distinguishes itself as illustrious example of 18th century civil architecture and one of the largest Baroque palaces in Italy.

Sveti Stefan:
It is not a secret why Sveti Stefan is one of the most visited places in Montenegro - If you want a great photo of the landscape you should definitely go there. Sveti Stefan is a fortified island village connected to the mainland by a narrow causeway.
Surrounded by 15th century stone villas, Svety Stefan’s pink sand beach and turquoise Adriatic water is a great place to visit.
The island is owned by luxurious Aman resort, which means that unless you are a guest, you won’t be able to visit it. But don’t worry, ogling comes for free.
Sveti Stefan has been named Montenegro’s most photographed site. Also, if Sveti Stefan’s village is a great place to really admire and experience local culture, cuisine and drinks. Overall a great trip for couples and families. Definitely a must visit place in Montenegro.
Trsteno Bay Beach:
Trsteno is one of the secret gems in Montenegro - a great place to swim, dive off and sunbathe. Surrounded by great variety of beautiful trees and flowers, you will find yourself in an amazing freshwater grotto with a beautiful opening to the crystal Adriatic sea and gorgeous harbour. Spend the day contemplating the scene and enjoying the refreshing water, once you finish, go back to the top and enjoy a great dinner at the Restuaran Konoba Canossa.
Trsteno is one of those places where you will find peace away from touristic places and at the same time, you will find yourself in a wonderful natural scenario worthy of photography and more.
Kotor:
Kotor has been named by Unesco as a world heritage site. The old city is filled with medieval architecture and monuments. Although small (only 4kms) Kotor is filled with great restaurants, bars and hotels. The beautiful view is framed by amazing mountains surrounding the city and lace. Kotor also has the great Saint Ivan fortress; one of the most important historical sites in the Adriatic sea.
We will be here during our trip, we can’t way to show you more of what Kotor and Monetegro have to offer.

Our trip in Montenegro:
Montenegro
The pearl of the Mediterranean, unique in many ways, is situated in the south of the Adriatic. Nowhere else can you find, so much natural wealth, beauty, mild beaches, clear lakes, fast rivers, and gorgeous mountains in such a compact area as in Montenegro.
Budva
Budva is the metropolis of Montenegrin tourism thanks to the great number of beaches and hotels that make this a most desirable tourist destination.Apart from its natural beauty, its bay islands and beaches for example, Budva is rich in historic monuments
Kotor
Wedged between brooding mountains and a moody corner of the bay, the achingly atmospheric Kotor (Котор) is perfectly at one with its setting. Hemmed in by staunch walls snaking improbably up the surrounding slopes, the town is a medieval maze of museums, churches, cafe-strewn squares and Venetian palaces and pillories.
