  • 4. Sundhollin Public Baths Reykjavik
    Sundhöllin in Baronsstigur, Reykjavik is the oldest public baths in Iceland. They were designed by the noted architect Guðjón Samúelsson and opened in 1937. The building's exterior is a minimalist white that is almost Art Deco in style with tall narrow rectangular windows. Inside arches on the south side of the pool and the tiled changing rooms are other notable features. The main pool is 25 by 10 metres and with a depth from 0.9 to 4 metres . There are also hot tubs, and Guðjón's Hallgrímskirkja can be seen from the sundeck.

    The World's Strongest Man is a strongman competition. Organized by IMG, an Endeavor company, it is broadcast in the US during summers and in the UK around the end of December each year. Competitors qualify based on placing in the top three at the four to eight Giants Live events each year.The current event sponsor is Tachi Palace. Previous sponsors include Coregenx, Commerce Hotel and Casino, DAF Trucks, Tonka, MET-Rx, and PartyPoker.com. The event has a number of rival and parallel competitions with which it is sometimes confused, including the Strongman Super Series, the now defunct IFSA Strongman World Championships and Strongman Champions League.
