STARFISH BEACH! The Best Beach in Panama.
We visit the incredible Starfish Beach (Playa Estrellas)! First we caught the bus to Boca Del Draga at Central Park in Bocas Town, Bocas Del Toro. It takes about a half hour and is just a few dollars to get there.
We spent our time exploring the beach where we encounter lots of starfish and enjoy the day relaxing on one of the most gorgeous beaches in Panama.

Bocas del Toro, Panama:
Bocas del Toro is a province in Panama with an island chain off the Caribbean coast, and a section of mainland with a very biodiverse rainforest. Isla Colon, the most important island, is home to the capital called Bocas Town. Bocas Town is full of touristic places with many restaurants, shops and very active nightlife. Bocas del Toro combines tranquil protected bays, colourful coral reefs, verdant junge, mysterious mangrove forests, open ocean access, and diverse cultural traditions. Whatever you interest, you will find something to do here.
Starfish Beach:
Starfish Beach at Boca del Drago is clearly one of the most beautiful and swimmable beaches in the Bocas area. Located on the northwestern side of Isla Colon, the water is clear, the sand is gentle and there are starfish, loads of them. With restaurants, chairs to enjoy and picturesque views of the mainland, this is a great day trip, and ideal for families with small children that require calm surf. From Bocas town you can ride a bus, rent bikes (beware: it's a tough ride), or take a taxi. Starfish Beach is situated in a rather difficult place to get to from Bocas Town. A bus does go close to there.

Bocas del Toro Panama Travel Guide - Captivating & Unforgettable | 90+ Countries With 3 Kids
Welcome to Bocas Del Toro, a beautiful province in Panama!
Did you know that Bocas Del Toro, translated from Spanish means “Bull’s river mouths?” Such name might sound scary to you, but don’t worry, both place and its locals are warm and friendly. However, the capital of this province bears the same name – the city of Bocas del Toro or Bocas Town for short, and it is located on Isla Colón.
Bocas Del Toro might not have a vast territory, but it is proud to have two national parks on it - La Amistad International Park and Isla Bastimentos National Marine Park. Another interesting fact is that the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute has a research station located close to Bocas Town, so you can be sure you’ll be surrounded by fantastic nature that’s worth exploring.
If you are looking for accommodation for your holiday here, we would recommend you to check out the wonderful Cosmic Crab Resort. It is located on Isla Carenero, and it is where we stayed at. For a reasonable price, you will have a chance to enjoy refreshing Caribbean breezes and sunbathe near coconut trees while eating delicious food. What more could you ask for?

Bocas Del Toro-Panama Vlog 2018
Three days, two night trip to Bocas Del Toro, Panama with my family. This trip has been a one of a kind experience as I tanned myself into the colour of café con leche and face my fear of water on a boat ride against the big ocean waves

In Bocas del Toro province just off Isla Colon is one of the isloated little islands in the Bocas del Toro province of Panama. This island is called Isla Carenero and there is no real town on the island just a few houses and paths, and a tiny little corner store.
Take the boat from Isla Colon over the water, about 5 minutes, to anywhere on Isla Carenero that you want and it will drop you off on a dock and you area free to explore Carenero Island. To get back to Isla Colon you just go back to any dock and the boats passing between the two islands will see you and come pick you up.

In the Panamanian islands of Bocas del Toro, seaweed farming has the potential to become a healthy cash crop. You can travel to Urraca Private Island and stay in Paradise as you snorkel to pick seaweed, catch fish, lobsters, octopus and more with Ngobe Indians. Stay in these cute huts over water.
