Loire Valley - France Best PLace - Travel & Discover
The architectural heritage in the valley's historic towns is notable, especially its châteaux, such as the Château de Montsoreau, Château d'Amboise, Château d'Azay-le-Rideau, Château de Chambord, Château de Chinon, Château du Rivau, Château d'Ussé, Château de Villandry and Chenonceau. The châteaux, numbering more than three hundred, represent a nation of builders starting with the necessary castle fortifications in the 10th century to the splendour of those built half a millennium later.

Parc des Buttes Chaumont, Paris France. Visit the Parc des Buttes Chaumont in Paris France in Spring. The Parc des Buttes-Chaumont is a public park situated in northeastern Paris, in the 19th arrondissement. Occupying 24.7 hectares (61 acres), it is the fifth-largest park in Paris, after the Bois de Vincennes, the Bois de Boulogne, the Parc de la Villette, and the Tuileries Garden. It was opened in 1867, late in the regime of Emperor Napoleon III, and was built by Jean-Charles Alphand, who created all the major parks of Napoleon III. The park has 5.5 kilometres (3.4 miles) of roads and 2.2 kilometres (1.4 miles) of paths. The most famous feature of the park is the Temple de la Sibylle, inspired by the Temple of Vesta in Tivoli, Italy, perched at the top of a cliff fifty metres above the waters of the artificial lake.

A Visit to the Buttes-Chaumont Park in Paris
A brief view of the unusual Buttes-Chaumont (Bald Mountain) park in Paris, the third largest park in the city. Built on order of Napoleon in the 1860s, the park occupies the locations of a former gypsum quarry and fertilizer farm. It is notable for its extreme variation in elevation, some 20 stories between its highest and lowest points. It also has some other unique features, such as a very high waterfall, a grotto, several bridges, a series of streams feeding a central lagoon, a temple high on a butte, and other things.
The end is a bit abrupt. Sorry about that.

PARIS WALK | Parc des Buttes-Chaumont incl. Temple Sybille | France
A first-person perspective Paris walk tour of the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont.
See all the sights as Watched Walker (yes, I’m talking about myself in the third person) takes us on a walking tour through the streets of Paris, featuring Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (Buttes-Chaumont Park). The tour begins at the most eastern end of the park by Botzaris Metro, then travels through the park, crossing over the suspension bridge, and climbing the path up to the Temple of the Sybil, where the tour concludes.
Sights seen along the tour include sloping lawns with visitors enjoying the sunshine, a 63-meter long suspension bridge, many varieties of indigenous and exotic trees (including several cedars of Lebanon), and the Temple de la Sibylle (Temple of the Sybil inspired by the Temple of Vesta in Tivoli, Italy) perched atop a cliff fifty metres above the waters of the man-made lake.
Footage recorded August 2017.
