Comblain-au-Pont is a Walloon municipality located in the Belgian province of Liège. As of 1 January 2006 Comblain-au-Pont had a total population of 5,372. The total area is 22.68 km² which gives a population density of 237 inhabitants per km². It is situated at the confluence of the rivers Amblève and Ourthe. The municipality consists of the following sub-municipalities: Comblain-au-Pont proper and Poulseur.

During the 1998 to 2004 period, it was owned by Six Flags, Inc, an American theme park operator. It was later sold to Palamon Capital Partners.
